You sound fine to me...
The only way you'd be overweight and not by much
is if your body frame is tiny.
And weight should be in relation to one body frame
tiny, small, medium or large and height.
Wrap your thumb and second middle finger around
your wrist
if finger tips touch with room to spare, your frame is small
if they touch just barely, medium
if they cant touch at all, your frame is on the larger size.

You are not much over weight. I'm 5'1'' and I know that for me...an average weight would be between 100 and 115 I believe. So you are probably just about 10 to 15 pounds over weight. It's not a big deal. I used to be 125 and I gradually lost all of that because I stopped drinking soda and eating junk food. I stopped buying all of those things. If it's not in your home, you won't eat it. Once in a while I do cheat, but it's not very often. I also had a lot of stress that affected my loosing weight. Now I weigh 105. At one point, I was stuck at 110, what made me loose that extra 5 was not drinking soda. I drink water, and once or twice a week I'd drink juice, lemonade, or iced tea.

Do you feel overweight? That is the only real question. It all depends on the build of your body. I wouldnt say your overweight at all. Plus I think within the next ten years they should reconstruct the average weight tables junk, we live in an obese nation, so darlin you are PERFECT

Don't worry so much about being over weight, just focus on being healthy. Get plenty of exercise and make sure you are eating because you need nutrition, just make sure that you are filling up on things that are healthy for you.

if u;re really concerned about ur health go to webmd and u will find a bmi calculator. it will tell u if u're overweight or not. but please dont worry about that. as i write there are people who are starving bcuz they have no money to buy food. just make urself happy

1.do a lot of cardio vascular exercises,six days or even 7 days a week.(do skipping,jogging,cycling,treadmill(very important), and swimming.
2.Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.
3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.
4.Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.
5.this is important,go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in you diet always.
6.Stay away from fried things.
7. Do not skip meals. The worst thing you can do while watching you diet is skip a meal. It has just the opposite effect of what you want. You need to have at least four regular meals every day.
