6 days a week. Jogging around the block or Dancing! Something where you dont have to go to the gym. If you have a pool swimming works wonders. As long as its at least 20 minutes a day thats good enough. You can even break up your workout throughout the day. It doesn't have to be continues. 10 minutes in the morning..maybe 10 minutes during a break at work 10 minutes at night. Park far away from you destination or walk to places close by. Buy a set of hand weights too..so you can add some toning exercises ..but good old fashion calestinics work just fine..using your own body weight.

Park far away, make your self walk.....Walking is the secret formula....
Take the stairs, you could team up with a buddy and on your lunch break go up and down the stairs....
Walk 1 hour daily or at least 3 times a week...

not as much as i should i walk everywhere if i need to go somewhere....
depending on where you work or where you live you can always go up and down the stairs for ten minutes or if you have time get an exercise bike and you can ride it while watching TV.

Lately I've been exercising 5 times a week - 3 alternating days of weights along with that. I find it easiest to run, jog, or walk - but that's because I own a treadmill. When I have time, I go to the gym to use the bike machine ( and weight machines). I also do ab videos 5 days a week.
I'm a stay at home mom, so I have tons of time. You, being on a busy schedule, should wake up extra early in the morning to exercise. If you don't have access to a gym, go for a run, do lunges, or get a video for yourself.

Walking. It's the only exercise I do on a regular basis. I have to walk for 25 minutes (15 minutes to train station and then 10 minutes from the train station to work) every day from Monday to Friday. I also climb the escalator at the train station. It gets my heart pumping. :D

You know i keep saying that I'm going to jog down to the beach but now it's cold and i don't to freeze.
Lay on the floor as if you are going to do a sit up.
Then put your hands behind your head which will bend your elbows.
Now bring your knees to your elbows. Left knee to right elbow and then right knee to left elbow. Once you do left to right and right to left, count it as one.
Do as many as you can take every night without pushing yourself.

Well, the only thing I can think of that I can still physically handle is sit-ups. I want to make it my goal to do as many as possible every other day before I shower. I used to do a hundred, but need to work back up to that.

i exercise 5x a week for about 2 to 3 hours. easy exercises include: crunches. pull ups. sit ups. umm. walking. have free weights at your home and doing some bicep and forearm curls and maybe doing some leg raises.

i exercise 2 hours everyday, but i would exercise with your busy schedule just by maybe walking to your destination if your within range and/or do 5 min exercise intervals between whatever your doing till you reach like 30 mins.

Do you count cutting, splitting and stacking firewood? If so, then every day. Treadmill, 3-4 times a week. Weights, 1-2 times a week. Try walking or riding your bike to the store or school. Harder with work because you don't want to be nasty sweaty in a conference room with the Executive VP of Production.
