Honey, your height and weight are fine - at the most, all you need to do is spend some time toning - lift weights and do light cardio to build muscle. But 5'6 and 150 is fine honey....seriously...

None. Just do weight training, maybe a three hours of cardio a week and eat right and you'll maintain your size and add tone to your limbs. But you are skinny (not grossly skinny though)

You don't need to loose any weight. None. You look great.
If you want to feel better about yourself, pamper yourself, were clothes that really work for you and do some exercise/ Nothing too much though. Some work to improve your stamina and some core exercises to really improve posture.
Dancing has been sugested before, and I think that that is a great way to tone up and have fun at the same time.

You look healthy.... but go to the gym, do cardio (treadmill/cycle) and start toning your arms and tummy, with loose weights! You are not overweight!!!

you dont look fat from your pics but acording to your BMI you are just on the border of normal and overweight. This is nothing to worry about just do 30 mins of cardio everyday preferbly in the morning as this will mean you burn more calories as your metabolism stays high for the rest of the day as it drops slowly and this will mean youll lose more weight. try cycling but standing up as this tones the thighes i also suggest that if you drink fizzy pop then to cut it out as it makes you feel bloated and not want to do exercise....good luck:)

How old are you? You probably would want to seek the advice of a doctor, and obtain an eating plan (not a diet) and then exercise, even walking daily for 20 minutes.

There are a lot of bmi calculators and charts on the web you can use free to see if you are in the right weight range. from the pics I would say none. if you are realy unhappy about your appearance, then just do some toning up.

just try and tone what you have.
you have what appears to be a very nice body.
i have been body building for more than 15 years now and believe me when i say you look great.

First, you look great.
Second, I would refer you to the 'Body Mass Index' calculations of relative weight and height. According to the BMI calculator, the "Normal" weight range for your height is 115 to 155. So you could drop a few (10 pounds? ) and do just fine.

Hey, I didn't even have to look at the pictures to know that your fine. Every person has a different build. I'm 5'3" and 140 pounds and it totally normal. I know that the way celebs look today (really skinny and really tall) is how we all want to look, but really you are a very healty weight for your height.

There's no way you weigh 150 pounds. You look like you have my body type, which is 5'6" and 132.
But here's a hint - wear clothing that fits. No one likes butt-crack showing pants or too-short shirts.

From what I can tell, you don't really need to lose weight. If you want to make your body look better though, tighten your figure. Pull everything in. Do that by exercising. Exercising is what you need for toning your body into a perfect figure. Find an exercise plan that works for you.. I'm sure there are plenty.

You don't seem overweight to me. I think you should just get more toned. Do some more cardio and you'd feel more energetic. Please don't resort to any dangerous weight loss plans. Health is #1.
