If you want to be in the best possible shape, then cut down on the junk food, eat more protein and start lifting weights.
But the truth is you are not in bad shape and you are not fat.

Well, just from your pictures I'm guessing you don't actually NEED to loose weight. You look healthy, I think.
But if you wanted to just shape up a little I'd say like 15-20lbs.

Girl, you should feel free to GAIN 10-20 pounds if anything. You are not even close to being overweight, an anybody who tells you otherwise is a jackass. You have a hot body as it is. You'd be even hotter if you gained some weight. So eat all those hershey bars you want! (:

If you want to feel healthy, take a few minutes to jog around the neighborhood every day. Make sure you stretch too. Pilates or yoga are also very good.

if you really are eatting 3 Hershey bars a day, that is crazy! Each bar has about 400 calories in them. 400 x's 3 is 1200 calories.
you shouldn't be eatting more than 1200 calories in one day.
So theres really no way you will be able to lose that weight if you keep enjoying your chocolate.
To lose weight you have to burn more than you consume.
3500 CALORIES = 1 LB.
But your not fat by any means. Your BMi is normal and thats good. I wouldn't suggest losing weight, but maybe "tone" up, if thats easier.

You're not fat! You're at a good weight! If you do think you need to lose a bit of weight, the most would probably be like 5 lbs. You look really good, you're not overweight!
Do some exercise, like cardio, running etc. Eat well, and reduce your chocolate intake! It's bad for you! The fats in the chocolate are not good for your heart! Especially 3x the amount! Try cutting back and eating dark chocolate!

You look very thin to me but you don't have curves and don't eat so much hersheys so go do some exercise for the curves and you don't have to be thin to get some exercise so get up and go jog for a awile

dont let people tell you your fat b/c your not your fine.just do some excersises and that will keep your weight balanced.you are not overweight ok.if YOU honestly think you are truely fat then i say just loose 10-20 pounds.

well you are not over weight, a healthy weight for your height is from 115-149 so dont let anyone tell you that youre fat, it depends on how comfortable you fell with your body. But you are very pretty and i wouldnt weigh less than 120. From your picture i can tell you are not fat you just need to work out your mid section to have a smaller weight and more defined abs.

You don't need to loose any weight! Quit being so darn hard on yourself, what you need to do is Strive for 5, to stay healthy. That is eating 5 or more servings of fruits and veggies a day. the more the better, make sure you have protein too. You are young and beautiful, treat yourself like that. The chocolate is not at all overboard, you should change two choc bars a day for something else.. hope this has helped!

1. how old are you. if you are like 16 then you are at the perfect weight. the average 12 year old weighs 105 pounds at a healthy weight.
2. if you really want to be "skinny" try losing 5-10 pounds. i know it doesn't sound like a lot but you will see the difference.
3. no you can never lose weight by eating 3 chocolate bars a day. that is just plain not healthy. if you are serious about losing weight just eat healthy and be active. by losing weight you have to make sacrifices.

I dont think youre fat, you just need to tone your stomach up a bit more. Do some ab exercise routines and flatten it up. From what i can tell from your arms/legs you arent fat at all.

you do look slightly plump..but that surely donest hurt my eyes atleast...u can check whether ur overweight by calculating ur body mass index..and if the result is that ur weight is proportionate to ur height then u can shut ur BF up...the link is below..but i still think a little bit of jogging or some cardio or yoga wont be bad either..bye!

Honestly, you're perfect. If your boyfriend calls you fat or overweight, tell him to go **** off or something. You are definately curvy (big boobies) but not fat. I think you look hot and you should too. You might want to cut back on the sweets though because its just plain not healthy for you. You could get a cavity.
You're not fat. You may not be chiseled in every which way but you are certainly not fat. Everyone's different, you can't assume you're overweight and fat because of what a chart says or something. If you feel good about yourself then that's all that matters. But if you really think you need to do some sit ups or something then do some. Only you can mold yourself and don't let anyone else even try. Make yourself, you know?
