Interesting question. In all probability you will vomit before your stomach bursts. Doesn't actually help with the test though. Good luck with that.

I think you can drink up to 9 or 10 litres but you should be drinking Cranberry juice rather than water. Cranberry juice does more to help cleanse your system.
They also have detox drinks you can buy. And although you CAN go to jail for violating parole, they won't always take the most extreme route.
Relax, you'll be fine.

Water probably won't make any difference to your urine test. It's not that easy to get around or they wouldn't use it. But if they ask for a hair sample....well I hope you look good in a prison jumper..

You can only drink as much water as your stomach can hold. You will know the answer to your question once you hear that pop happening in your stomach...
On a more serious note, it IS possible to die from drinking too much water: it's called Water Intoxication. The ammount depends on varying factors, but I'd guess anywhere between a quarter of a gallon, and two gallons, based on conjecture and case evidence:
-> 0.24 gallons(900mL) is the ammount the average human kidney can process in an hour (1);
-> 2 gallons is the ammount a Sacramento woman drank before succumbing to water intoxication in January 2007 (3).
The human body requires a very sepcific balance of water and electrolytes to function, drinking too little or too much water can disturb this delicate ratio, causing serious and fatal complications. Excess dilution of essential electrolytes like sodium/salt (hyponatremia) by overconsumption of water can result in cerebral adema, seizures, coma and death (1). Nevertheless, water intoxication can only occur when water intake exceeds the body's ability to regulate itself, as Dr. Anne Helmenstine writes, "It's not how much you drink, it's how fast you drink it"(2). Endurance athletes and young children are most prone to suffering water intoxication, however participants in fraternity hazing rituals and promotional radio contestests have also fallen victim (3).
While water intoxication is a real and serious condition that has caused many notable deaths - including that of Andy Warhol in 1987 - the actual ammount of water that would prove fatal varies depending on factors like exertion, body mass, and corresponding electrolyte intake (1).
All things said aside, I can only suggest one way; experimenting. You probably won't know the final answer and you may hear a pop, but on a more serious note, we might read about it in the news.
Good luck to ya, you are going to need it....

Go out and buy a detox kit at a local vitamin store or GNC. Follow directions. If you were to drink too much water all at one time it will shut down your kidneys and you will die( i mean like 3-4 gallons at a time though).

It depends on your kidneys and what kind of metabolism you have. better make sure you are getting some sodium and Potassium with all that water.
You should drink some gatorade as well as the water.
Don't just sit and drink either. You'll need to do some excercise in there somewhere to keep your metabolism up and process all that water.
Plus, you should stop doing drugs. Moron.

If it is for drugs and/or alcohol you sould be sure to drink lots of antioxidents such as Green Tea, or REAL lemonade but, you need to drink enough to cleanse your system.
In 1998, the Army released fluid replacement guidelines, which recommend a certain intake of water but limit it to 1 to 1-1/2 quarts per hour and 12 quarts per day.
During January 2000, a 20-year-old trainee in the Army drank around 12 quarts of water during a 2- to 4-hour period while trying to produce a urine specimen for a drug test. She then experienced fecal incontinence, lost consciousness and became confused, then died from swelling in the brain and lungs as a result of low blood sodium.
In March 2001, a 19-year-old Marine died from drinking too much water after a 26-mile march, during which he carried a pack and gear weighing more than 90 pounds. Although he appeared fine during the beginning stages of the 8-hour walk, towards the end he began vomiting and appeared overly tired. He was then sent to the hospital, where he fell into a coma, developed brain swelling and died the next day. It is unclear how much water he drank during the march, but Marines were given a "constant emphasis" on drinking water before and during the activity, Gardner writes in the latest issue of Military Medicine.

You can die of something called hypervolemic shock...too much fluid. Water intoxication is another thing.
It's not an exact science, and gambling is a bad thing. If you're determined to do this, once you're FULL...measure your output. Yes, measure your pee. Every cup peed, take one in. This will keep you "full" without overloading you.
Again, you are taking chances but this is better than nothing. Pee a cup, drink a cup. If you can get Cranberry juice, make every other cup Cranberry juice. Gatorade would be better.

YOu can drink the Mississippi and it's not going to get drugs out of your system. You need to take Niacin pills. (Niacin is a vitamin, take twice the dosage and it cleanses most drugs out of you in 24-48 hours.) Mostly pot and other mild drugs. Not that I advocate breaking the law, but maybe have someone else pee into a vial for you and hide it on your body somewhere to put into the cup when you go for your drug test. Just make sure it's a female you have pee for you.

Go to your local head shop and ask for a 'system cleanse'...tell them you have to take a drug test...follow the directions on the packet. Water alone will not clear your system.
