TWO SIT UPS??? I DO MORE WALKING UP THE STAIRS.. listen you need to get your heart rate up and sweat in order to do anthing. start with 3 sets of ten the first week. then three sets of 15 then three sets of 20... and so on. or try to do as many as you can and push your self to do more each day. make sure you tighten your abs in the process.. and be careful not to hurt your neck.

2 is a start, but a very very slow start. you'll need to quickly raise the amount of sit-ups daily until you are at a very minimum of 50 every morning and every night, then increase more slowly from there; an increase of 5 every other day is a good pace to go once you hit the 50 twice daily mark

sit ups are easy so i used to do 50 and
then 52
then 54
then 56
then just keep on going 2 up........

It depends on your physical condition. Of course you should avoid your abs from being so stress. You can do 20 in the first week and then add 5 to 10 times every other week. When your muscle get used and adjusted to the routine, it well become more resistant to stress and you can make your routine higher and higher to make your abs more develop like you desired.

2 seems really weak unless you never work out and used proper form. Since 2 is barely any reps it will be hard to see results, you should try doing situps with your arms at your side to help you do more situps and then once your abdominals are strengthened some you can start using your arms crossed or behind head(dont but pressure on head though, this is bad for the neck).
