People get fat because they eat more food calories than they burn. your body burns calories all day long...you need them to do anything, however if you don't burn them by doing some sort of activity to keep your body moving, they turn to fat.

how DID you get fat? or how can you get fat? if you are fat already, too much food, too little exercise. if you want to gain weight, more small meals with lots of fattening stuff in them -- fats, carbs, etc. but please remember thin is far healthier than overweight.
