Drink a lot of water and whenever you eat something eat lean protein like turkey or chicken without the skin! It will fill you up without all the calories! Research proves it too!!!

There are a few things you can do to not feel hungry as often.
First, as everybody pretty much said, is to drink a lot more water. Second, eat more fat. Most people actually don't get enough fat in their diet and it is the key to staying full longer. Fat doesn't make you fat, it makes you full. But don't over-do it. Third, watch less tv- honestly. People who watch more tv report feeling hungry more times throughout the day. The majority of society associate tv with eating, if you are aware of that fact, you'll eat less and feel hungry less.

Eat a breakfast high in fiber and carbs such as oatmeal or cereal. Drink tons of water everytime I get the urge to eat when it's not time to eat and chewing gum.

drink water, especially an hour before meal time. it'll fill you up and you won't eat as much.
if you're really hungry, eat until you aren't hungry any more. don't eat until you're full...just until you aren't hungry. eat slow...really chew your food..it'll fill you up faster.
you can't just starve yourself though. if your body is telling you that it's hungry, you have to eat.
