Hm, thats kinda impossible...

You just have to go for long distance runs, maybe once in the morning and once in the evening everyday. Eat healthy, no crap food. Watch your calories. Running is the only option really.

Jenni There are ways to lose 5 lbs in 5 days that is one pound a day, one of the quickest ways I know of is to do a cleanse. You can also increase your water intake and eat a less fat % diet.
My question is what are you going to do to keep the weight off? I would suggest that if you want to lose the weight and keep it off that you develop a good exercise routine that will work your cardio rate, and bring your metabolism up.
I also suggest that you get on a good nutritional supplemental protein based diet and that you do a protein shake a day.
These two things will help you lose the weight quickly and keep it off. I wish you the best of luck and much success.

Diet AND excercize most people mess up because they don't do both. It wont help to just do one and not the other. you might lose just like 1 pound from doing just one or the other. Also stay away from soda!

in order to lose a pound o day you have to burn twice as many calories as you consume. hope you get to your goal weight :)

Just drink lots of water and then at night drink a big cup of coffee to get all the water our of your system. only eat fruits and veggies during the day.

do not starve yourself !!
because the next thing you eat will go right to fat.

so heres what you do
-eat 5 small, well portioned meals a day
-cut carbs, do not touch carbs.
-avoid dairy producys
-drink about 6-8 water bottles a day at the min.
-go on long jogs, arverage 45-50 min jogs.
-stop eating after 6:00 pm.

keep this, and you might loose more than 5 pounds.

By not eating, but that´s unhealthy. Whatever you do or people suggest you do to loose 5 pounds in 5 days will be unhealthy. And even if you make it happen, you´ll gain it right back as soon as you start eating normally.
I assume you want to fit into a dress or something amazing is happening in 5 days, but really, be realistic about this. If you want to loose 5 pounds and stay that way, excercise and choose a healthy diet for you, one you can follow and believe me, you´ll be better off that way! Your question should be, how can I loose 5 pounds forever?

If (AND ONLY IF ) you only need to lose the five pounds for a one-time event you can shed that much in water by taking diuretics for a few days.

Over the counter pills won't do it, and don't try taking too many , doesn't help and the side effects will make you sick.

You need Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic commonly prescribed for high blood pressure. Be prepared to pee like crazy.

You would have to burn that many calories. You would also have to eat so that you could maintain your metabolism.

Drink a gallon of water everyday and then go running with a trashbag as a shirt and a lot of sweatshirts over it so you sweat like crazy and loose all that water
