the usual cr*p eat 8-10 glasses of water a day plenty of fresh fruit and veg, eat breakfast, lunch & dinner and exercise BUT ive just bin to the health food shop and bought 'actislim ultra' tablets. which help in losing weight.

make salads your main meal and lean meats a side instead of the whole meal being about meat. drink water. cut out all proccesed foods.
do lots of cardio. get a personal trainer or work out videos. the book "toning for teens' is really good if youre a teen.

That's a pretty decent amount of time to lost 14 pounds. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, eat protein, lots of green veggies and try to stay away from carbohydrate laden foods such as pasta, rice, potatoes and other junk food. Also try to stay away from fruits high in natural sugars. If you must have fruit, eat small amounts of melon (1 thin slice per serving) and strawberries (6 medium).

6 small meals a day, no frying, as much salad as you can eat (without oil or other sauces), 3 liters of water a day, exercise for 45 minutes - 1 hour per day, but remember the faster you lose the extra weight the faster you gain them, and usually a couple of more pounds extra! Good luck!

lay off salt and drink a gallon or two of ice water every day....cereal for breakfast salad for lunch...meat and steamed veggies for dinner...then work your *** off around your house....do a lot of laundry, vacuuming and lawn mowing....do some stretches ....chop some wood

I find the easiest way to lose weight is to eat plenty of soup for your main lunch and drinking plenty of water (perhaps with some cordial or squash to make it interesting)
The soup is obviously fluid so tricks your stomach into thinking it is fuller than it is, chewing chewing gum during the day also helps your body break down your food better and increases your metabolism(how quick you digest and process food). twin that with a bit of physical exercise of your choice,perhaps walking instead of public transport and maybe an all night dance session at the weekend(or similar session!) and you should see the difference.

PLENTY of time to lose 14 pounds. Do me a favor and do it safely though -- instead of resorting to diet pills or fat burners, which can be LETHAL for teenagers and people with heart conditions or high blood pressure, take the common-sense approach. Do some type of exercise every day, even if it's just a brisk 15-minute walk. If you do aerobics or cardio, don't do more than 40 minutes a day or you risk losing muscle. As for diet, your biggest enemies are processed sugar/flour and saturated/trans fats, so cut WAY down on soft drinks, fruit juice, fast food, junk food, cookies, cakes, candy, chips, pretzels, etc. Instead, eat more weight-loss-friendly foods like nuts (any kind, but almonds are best), beans/legumes, green vegetables (raw spinach tops the list), lowfat dairy products, eggs, lean meats (especially fish and poultry), whole grain breads/cereals/pasta, and fresh fruits (berries of any kind have the most bang for the buck). You should drink LOTS of water, and unsweetened tea will help too. Here's a couple more tips: (1) Take a tablespoonful of olive oil three times a day, preferably before meals. Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fat, which is VERY good for you, and it's also a natural appetite suppressant. (2) Increase your fiber intake. Fiber fills you up, and it also helps your body get all that "bad" fat out of your system. Aim for 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day. Good luck!

It is difficult.But possible.Drink a lot of water.Have a low carbo diet.Avoid all sweets,chocos,pepsi,colas butter etc.Eat vegetables only when you are hungry.Do cycling or some exercise.repeat to yourself every day severaltimes especially before you go to bed that you are loosing weight day by day.

Eating food with high fibre makes you feel full so you'll be less tempted to snack. Also go running before breakfast. If you do this your body will consume its fat stores as there will be a lack of carbohydrates to fuel your body. However, make sure you follow a balanced diet so you stay healthy. Hope this helps!
