 Do fat people have a right to criticise the eating habits of others?
I'm not too fat, nor too skinny, and yet I have been accused of overeating by a fat person! I would never comment on a fat person's eating habits!

How do i get my legs bigger?

Participate in a sport like soccer, that'll have your calves strong and bigger.

Eat a higher calorie diet, and start working out by alternating going to the gym to lift weights (with your legs of course), and by aerobic exercise like bicycling a mile or two.

After a while, you will definitely see a good change :)

And by the way, just as a tip, only girls like to see other girls skinny. Guys don't take to bony girls as they would a nice proportioned girl.

Many people are very ignorant and believe that an anorexic body is beautiful.

heyy good question ,i asked the same thing when i was you age , you should join a soccer team they really get you leg muscles big and it keeps you active and muscle weights more then fat so you'll probably end up gaining weight to

ensure helped my sister.. its a healthy drink full of vitamins that help u gain weight (u can get it at any supermarket, its in a box (not in the fridge), probably near all the weight drinks like slimfast and energy drinks)

you need to increase your daily calory intake and your protein while increasing exercise. You need to do this under the supervision of a parent and with the input of a doctor.

You need to do with with a parent and a doctor because there's a lot of things that can happen when you change your diet and routine at your age. Their input will make your efforts pay off faster and healthier.

ok I an opposite of u...well I"M NOT FAT but not skinny as u(tho i want to) so one way to gain weight is to follow this steps
1.Eat fat(ew),candy,alot of food.
2Dont move around just lay in front of the tv.

Or (my mom just told me)
work out...the mascules on ur legs will make ur legs seem fatter

You need to get a good protein shake with breakfast every morning then stretch, run, and lift weights with your legs. I swear it works. You will have bigger legs but they will be all muscle.

Get some leg weights and put them above your knees. Lay on your side and do leg lifts. That might help. It will be a few months before you start seeing results.

if you want em thick, just eat fatty foods, if you want em muscular do a crapload of exercise that requires leg work

do squats [stand in front of a low chair and lower your body down slowly as if to sit in the chair but dont allow your but to touch the chair, go up and down slowly and repeatedly]

for your calves stand on a stair or a curb and hang your heels off the edge then go up to tiptoes and down again

Do squats, lunges and leg presses(at a gym) with heavy weights. Ask for help from a trainer. Do low reps with the most weight you can handle. Eat lots of protein.

You will probally want to run more. I sugest you join track in schoool or since school is almost over you should find a running partner. It realy does help!
