remove me	Dude you're OK. You look better than me. I just started losing weight. I was at 245 in December now I'm at 215 and a couple of inches smaller on the waist. It's good you got it down while you're still young 'cause you're skin is still stretchy, I'm gonna have some jiggle when I'm done loosing my weight. But I'm gonna be healthy for sure. Cool man.
