mkr629	Well, first of all, you shouldn't be trying to MAKE your girlfriend lose weight. You can't determine anyone's (especially a woman's) fitness level by their pants/dress size, some just have wide hips. Second of all, you NEVER call a girl fat, or at least not as bluntly as you made it sound. You could try talking to her and saying something like "I'm really concerned about your weight and I want to help you. I want you to realize I'm telling you this because I love you and I want you to be/stay healthy). Don't rush her into hardcore exercise either. By taking her running and swimming with you was a very good idea, just make sure it's not too rigorous. Another good idea is if you both go for a 20-30 minute walk in the park a few days out of the week. She's still burning calories, you can spend time together, and you're both burning calories. Let her know you support her and want to help her as much as you can. Just let her know you're concerned and hopefully she'll react in a good way. ♥	You shouldn't try to get your girlfriend down to a size eight. Calling her fat isn't going to help. It doesn't matter what you want, your her boyfriend. You're there to love, support, and be there for her. Not critisize her and try her to get her to what's ideal in YOUR eyes. Grow up man. Think of it this way. Looks fade overtime, and so does your beauty and outward appearance. What truly matters is what she's like on the inside. Even if she is unhealthy, don't force her into anything.
