first of all u need to drink water every day and no soda no junk foods no none of that silly crap u need to eat real meals work out the days u can and eat salads and vegetables and healthy foods ok thats all make sure no foods

dont listen to those other f^cktards. hon your fine your not like gazillion lbs. just go to a nearby gym everyday after school for about an hour. then come home do some exercises that YOU like and make it a routine. on top of all that eat healthy. i know your probably tired of hearing that but its the truth. and its gonna take a while and i know it sucks but in the end you'll be soo happy with yourself. good luck hon <3

Don’t think about it as loosing weight, try to toning your body by doing light exercise and a little physical activity, if you want to you can focus mostly on you abdomen. (It never hurts to have a super flat tummy). Find attached a web site that includes Home Fitness / Toning Exercises.
Secondly, eat properly; practice eating a balance diet that includes all the food groups leaving out all the junk food. And that should do the trick.

Thats perfect weight my friend.
Im 5'7", 13 years old, and 115 pounds.
And its normal.
BUT if your still anxious to loose your weight.
Go to a local gym everyday, take jogs, eat fruits, and cut back on candy.
My sister recently lost 10 pounds because she runs everyday for atleast 30 min.

wow! you are on the low end of the weight range for your height.......the best thing to do would be running or jogging...it works your abs and your legs...but really dont worry about it....you arent over weight at all! seriously....but it is always good to stay active
im 15 also and 4'11'' and the weight range for me is about 98-125lbs.....so imagine this you are also 15 and about half a foot taller than myself.....you should weigh a bit more.....believe me you look stick thin!!

I'm 15 I weigh 117 and and I'm 5'4 so yeah...I would suggest a cardio tape...I started a whole new healthy diet 3 wks ago and I had weighed 120 and it goes really fast... it is a low carb high protein diet and you have one day a week where your dinner can be something junky only one day a week... I suggest asking your parents for a gym membership, i did and it really is paying off for me... here are some exercises...
Treadmill -30 min
Rowing machine-set to 1000 meters and row
Abs - have someone stand on your feet and touch their hand when you come up 10 time 3 times in a row
Also buy a workout tape that's about 30 mins long and do it every morning in about 3 weeks your skin will look a lot better and you'll feel way more energized too... i really suggest trying it.

You should start out easy, try hour walks on the tred mill or jogs out side. Then you can try cardio classes! =] Buy some yoga tapes and do the exercises every day. IT REALLY WORKS!!!

well, one time i ran 40 minits in a sauna suit for 5 days straight and i lost 12 pounds... and then did an ab workout

Tell yourself that it;s not worth it
do some crunches to get un bored
resist urges
Do crunches and side crunches
EVERY DAY before your shower, (at night most preferably)
do about 150 or less if thats all that you can do.

the first answer was so stupid. okay first off, you're a normal weight. Im 18 too. I used to weigh 123 pounds. I started running a short distance everyday, that was like 3 months ago, and now I only weigh 112.

you dont need to lose 10lbs, you need to just carry on eating very healthy. If you lose more weight than what you already are then im afraid you may get an anorexia label and your doc will be concerned.

this isn't what you want to hear, but these might be natural pounds and not related to the food you are eating.
you're only fifteen, usually around that time your body puts a little more hip fat, and more boobage, lol, so it's a good thing, no worries, instead of skinny pencil thighs you'll get a bit more, which guys like anyway. you're avg height so ten pounds doesn't show as easily as it would on a shorter person. im sure you look good, that's actually a low weight for what you're at.
you might need to be between 120-130, which still looks great, that's skinny too, just a bit healthier for your height.

go to a gym and work it all off on all the machines but the best for belly fat is... diet, abs, running an any thing that works your stomach..stairz also. personally from your info you could use a little more weight that is perfectly average weight for your age i am 15 5'5 and 123 and im thin so if our taller, and weigh less then i think you are fine. good luck anyways, hope i helped. = )

Gain lean muscle mass... meaning, start lifting weights.
You could join a gym or get some free weight to use at home.
The more muscle mass you develop, the higher your resting metabolic rate will be... this will lead to greater fat loss.
Vanity wise, you'll look much better with muscle tone.
Try not to let your weight on a scale distract you from being healthy and fit. Your weight is not always indicative of your fitness.

You could go to a gym, go jogging outside with an iPod and listen to music, ride a bike, do pushups, situps, jump rope, or go swimming. I hope this helps.

i advise you to drink Green Tea 1-3 glasses per day
Green Tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good!
