How can a 13 year old get a flat stomach,small love handles, smaller thighs, a big butt before school starts?
All my fat goes to my hips and my lower stomach and i want a flatter stomach and small love handles and my inner thighs. But when i exercise it seems like my butt is getting smaller and i don't want my butt to get small? and i need to get in better shape before school starts. Please help me!

Push ups and sit ups. Or Surgery, **** when i was 16 my girlfriend did that and her *** AKA butt was smokin!

youre thirteen you should not be thinking about it at all. If anyone here gives you diet advice at your age thats messed up. But as a general rule for looking good take up a sport and get good at it, be it dancing, basketball or whatever sports american girls play.

And u cant lose fat in any particular place you can just tone individual parts of your body such as sit ups for your stomach but as i said sport/dance is the answer because you will have to keep fit if you want to be good at it.

wait til after you know your body works. that means wait til your growth bcomes more stable so you can figure yourself out but you can go to the gym and do cardio 3 times a week that should do.

I'm not sure what you're doing to exercise but things like aerobics and cardio [like running, riding bike, walking, etc] will shrink all the wrong places. Try toning instead of things like that.

There is no such thing as working on only ONE area. You can work the muscles in one area, but if you want to lose weight- it's impossible to "shrink your abs." The only thing that you can do is to use more calories then you eat each day. That means...get out and do something. Go for a walk. Go for a run. Go for a bike ride. The more cardio that you do, the more weight that you will lose.

To keep a large butt, you have to have different parents give you different genes. Sorry, but there is nothing that you can do to get thin, but keep a big tush. You are either going to lose weight ALL OVER, or you will keep the weight on everywhere. Like I said, there is no such thing as spot fat remover.

By the way, YOU ARE 13!!!! You body is still changing...just stay patient and be glad with what you were given.

first of all you are 13 and you really don't need to be worried about your weight. To be more healthy try aerobic or cardio exercises like running, dancing, swimming. But like i said before you do not i repeat do not need to be worrying about your weight at your age. believe me it will save you allot of trouble just have fun and don't worry about it! : )

Let me first encourage you and say that it's good you want to get in shape!

Take it from someone who's been there... give yourself a couple years. *everything* is going to be out of whack for a while, and i can assure you the people who really care about *you* aren't going to expect you to be that perfect!! And by the time you get to highschool nobody cares, really, except you. But i would suggest: a shopping spree to get clothes that look good - on *you*. It's never too early to develop your own style (hint - lots of stylish black)

I have 13 year old and he slimmed down by going on a no fat diet as you grow tho if you eat healthy thingsyou will change and grow. eat healthy drink lots of water but remember you are beautiful just the way you are

ok for the but thing i dont know about bigger but if toned is ok then i reccomend standing with your feet shoulder length apart and doing squats and another one is standing with your feet together and doing butt clenches flatter stomach? i do crunches love handles im tring to get rid of mine! and your thighs if you stand facing away from your bed and put you leg on it and do lunges that helps tone your legs hope this helps!

Do crunches. Also, your thighs and love handles are all kind of in the same area as your butt, so it probably has to burn the butt fat first before your thighs and other places. Also, try eating less fats and carbs and continue to excersice.

if u want to see fast result run or jog and watch what u eat and drink plenty of water and don't skip any meals...because you'll just depriving ur body of the nutrients it needs .......ohhhh and stay off the sugary stuff try some surger free stuff its good
stick with that and u will see results fast i promise

I think you should just excercise. You can't really control how weight is distributed, especially at such a young age. If you want to lose some weight, that's cool but, try to tone up more than lose weight. You'll look way hotter and it will last longer :D

honey, everyone is shaped different. if you do want to be healthy and perhaps work on one area moreso than others, there are TONS of excercises to concentrate on one area.

be healthy, not obsessed.

enjoy your teen years! everyone at that age feels awkward about thier bodies. and we all want to change something. just remember it does NOT take surgery to be happy.. surgery will not take care of it.

kyle is a friggin idiot and should be banned.. geesh!
