Hi.
You can go a week or two without food, but you need to drink plenty of fluids if you decide to do so.Don't exercise a lot during this time either.If you drink a lot of water or orange juice you will feel "full".Although from experience, not eating will cause you to feel starved and you'll probably break down after a couple of days and eat tons.

Try to do something that'll take your mind off of it.
For me, I usually get out of the house or I do something I like such as watch TV, walk the dog, read, things like that.
I know how it feels to eat and eat...I'm like that too XD

Well it's quite simple. You have to continually tell yourself that you're fat and eat too much even if you don't... then over time you'll basically brainwash yourself and you'll just not eat without even thinking about it. Also another trick is to think that if you don't touch it, then there is no possible way you can eat it. =] OH and my favorite way is to let yourself know that when you don't eat and your stomach is growling ... you're in Control of yourself while losing weight. =]

haha, its funny, i asked this same question about a year ago on here. i got some good advice, i think.
make yourself stop eating. preoccupy yourself. that really helps, play a game, hang out with friends, do cool stuff.
if that doesn't work, chew gum. if you're chewing gum, you wont feel as hungry, and won't feel the need to eat. itd be like your eating... without gaining weight.

Go exercise. And eat normally. If you can't eat normally then don't go shopping until you have your cupboards and fridge cleared out and then when you are NOT hungry, you can go buy food that is high in protein and doesn't have too much calories. It will make you feel full faster. And do weightlifting and cardio since both inscinerate calories. Don't forget to drink water. And do not eat junk food. Get protein bars or powders, make shakes with fruit from them and stuff. Plenty of ways :D

Alright, well you say you know that constantly eating is unhealthy, but do you realize that not eating at all for a week or too is also very unhealthy? If you want to lose weight (I'm assuming that's what you're goal is) or you want to cut back on eating, simply do not buy any junk food. All the fatty foods or foods you really eating.. do not buy them when you are at the grocery store. Buy healthy foods... stuff you won't eat as much due to the taste. And if you do constantly eat them.. it won't be too bad because they aren't as fattening.

wake up late keep busy..when i do this i don't eat all day an i don't even notice it..but when night comes i eat soo much and gain even more.
trust me once you start eating again you will gain more weight! just try eating less not nothing..it will trick your body.

Uhm, well you can't or you'll die. Just try eating a few SMALL meals a day, that's how the french stay so skinny. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, and Supper. just make sure their small portioned meals, so your not over eating or anything, it will take time to adjust, but eventually it will pay off, I do it, and I had a baby 5 months ago, I am only 1 size away from the size I was pre-pregnancy! I am a 5 and I am almost back to a 3! (In Juniors!) I've been eating that way my whole life, and I've always been relatively thin.

you cant go wit out eating a week or 2 just try not to eat fast food, fried food,and if u eat chicken a lot try it baked . eat more fruit and vegtables , no more candy for a week try that and see wat happens

When you stop eating you will lose more muscle then fat, your body will cling to your fat because it's afraid that if it does not you will die. You won't stop eating if you have food in your house, though. Maybe you could consider surgery to tape your stomach smaller if your eating problem is this bad, there are better ways to stop losing weight than starving yourself.

The best advice I can offer is look for ways to keep yourself busy so that food won't distract you. If you're eating mostly at home try to get out and do things that require some physical effort. That's how you burn calories and keep from gaining weight. If there is some deep rooted problem such as your parents leaving you home alone a lot when you were a kid or trying to make you feel good by giving you all the food you want(in place of other forms of support like helping you develop your inborn talents) see if you can find a counselor to help with this. It's never a good idea to try to overcome something that's irrational all by yourself.

go to bodybuilding.com and buy a appetite suppressant, it'll make you not feel hungry and you wont think about food. this is the easy way. otherwise it's a lot of work to try to eat 6-7 times a day and chang eyour whole life by exercsing. changes in lifestyle take small steps. and this is an easy way to get started. and start going to the gym slowly, go and lift weights and play basketball. after even 2 weeks you'll see a MAJOR difference and everyone else will too. you can completely change your body in 3 months, and look amazing in 6. its all about dedication.
just take the pills for now

Um you can lock your food and tell a family member to hide the key. But I would just eat fruits and vegetables with nothing, I used to be kinda chubby and thats all I ate for a week and I lost a lot of weight.

drink alot of water(not too much) about 3-5 bottles or so, when you feel like your about to start eating. Then your stomach will feel full when you try to eat something, and hopefully you wont eat anything
Or, get rid of any of your unhealthy food and replace it with healthy food, ALL of it. That way if you do try to eat anything, you will eat healthy things.
