Maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising, drinking things that have no caloric intake such as water and eat without gorging.
Drink a full glass of water before eating and you will eat less also remember it takes about 20 minutes for the food you ate to register to your brain to let it know you are full. That is why it is so easy to over eat then feel sickly full after.

Hi ya. Dieting doesn't have to be all about rabbit food and starvation. Why not reduce the amount you eat, drink plenty of water and limit the amount of fatty and sugary foods!
Exercise is good also, but if you want to be serious about this then you should put more effort into your way of eating! Why not join up with slimmers world and see how the change of eating habit helps!
Good luck xx

never eat before i sleep if u wanna eat u should leave 3 to 4 hours minimum before u sleep, otherwise their will be no digestion and all the food will be fats.
try to use the stairs, swim. run or even walk and u can use ur i-pod and ur not gonna feel ur tired.
never mix any water or soda's while you eat leave like 30min.

Everything in life is about moderation, and weight loss is no different.
1) Eat smaller portions. You can google how many calories you need in a day, what a portion size is of meat, and be sure to eat only the portion size listed on labels.
2) Eat sweets in moderation. A small piece of cake is worlds away from an enormous piece of cake. Be smart!
3) Eat whole wheat instead of white flour products. From rice, to bread, to pancakes, make sure it is whole wheat, not whole grain, and this will help fill you up more.
4) Make sure you drink your 8 glasses of water a day. This will help that whole wheat to expand, help you absorb nutrients, and help flush out toxins.
5) Severely limit fast food from your diet. No more than once every several weeks.
6) Increase fruits and veggies. Make sure to eat 3-5 servings daily.
7) Decrease soda drinking.
These tips helped me lose over 80 pounds. If I can do it, you can do it! Good luck!

you need to diet or all the exercise would be pointless, eat the right food but exercise too.
plenty of fruit, veg, meat healthy meat rather than big macs!!!
few sweets chocolate, you need dairy products to keep your bones strong but not so much because it is fatty, best to drink semi skimmed milk.
run, skip as much as possible each day, sport makes you want to keep fit to be able to perform well for your team.

You ever notice how professional athletes are constantly eating but aren't putting on fat?
METABOLISM
Boost your metabolism with daily exercise. Don't get into routine exercises but routinely exercise. What does that mean? Some days you might wanna focus on a nice run, other days you can concentrate on high repetition light weight training.
You don't necessarily have to go on a "diet" per se but you need to eat differently. Concentrate on high protein meals and cut out sugary foods. Eat 5 or 6 small, high protein meals rather than 2 or 3 large meals per day. Munch on something every 3 hours. When our body receives "just enough energy," it'll routinely burn it off. This will get your body used to burning energy more efficiently.
I followed this "diet" and exercise program for 6 months and went from a small belly to a 6 pack.

Exercise and diet are the only known ways to lose weight. to the extent that you do not do one of them, you'll need to do more of the other.
Exercise, takes two general forms. Aerobic exercise burns calories while you are doing it, typically walking, running, playing a sport where you move most of the time, etc. Anaerobic exercise is one where you typically are moving heavier weight for short periods of time.
Weight lifting is an example of anaerobic exercise. This is beneficial because it burns calories while you do it, but also allows your muscles to recover stronger than they were before if you offer sufficient resistence during the exercise and sufficient rest and nutrition afterward. When you strengthen your muscles, your body will burn more calories even at rest.
So, you should eat healthy, and exercise regularly. Don't adopt a fad diet. The only way to lose weight for the long haul is to eat less and exercise more.

eat 6 small meals a day, its all about portion sizes actually, so even if you eat normal, EXERCISE and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Water alone will make you loose weight...but be as healthy as possible.

That's the trick to losing weight. You have to change how you eat. It's all very simple. . .less calories or more exercise or both. You need to make life style changes or what you lose you will just gain right back and your metabolism will get messed up and you will end up weighing more. You do well to try to eat more veggies and after a meal go for a walk or do some exercises that spot you special spots. And just decide to do it forever. Miss for a day. . .Well tomorrow don't. Good luck. It's not that hard, you just have to make up your mind what is more important.

Exercise is number 1.
And then you don't have to go on a diet so much as just pay attention to what you're eating. Cut down on sizes a little, skip the deserts.

Even if you eat healthy and exercise...you still need to keep your portions small.

The best way is to eat healthy and three times a day with small snacks in between.
Also, eat a small salad before each meal...I know it doesn't sound like it would work but trust me it does.
Exercising for 20 minutes a day 3 times a week can also help a lot.
