Good ol' fashioned stomach crunches (aka sit-ups) is the best way to tighten up your abs. To get the ones on the bottom, elevate your feet. This will cause the center of movement lower in your abdomen, thus working those muscles harder than your upper. A good way to do this is to put your feet up on your couch, with the bend of your knee lining up with the edge of your sofa, butt on the floor.

The last bit for your six pack will be based on your diet. If your diet is not right you could do all the crunches in the world and you will never get a six pack.

Run at least one mile after every workout. Watch what you eat. Do lower ab exercises:
1: Leg lifts off the end of a bench
2: Leg lifts when hanging from a pull-up bar
For your age, since you're young, work on more repetitions instead of extra weight.

You can never "just lose the fat where you want to lose it"
You're going to have to do running sir, and a lot of it hehe. The fat will go away on its own with exercise, it could be a problem though, if the lower stomach is where the fat comes back first though.
To TONE, use resistance training, I think someone else who answered specified a good way how.
I would recommend changing up your workouts every now and then, so you dont plateau. try reverse crunches or butterfly crunches, those work your harder to reach lower abs, by your groin. Follow these steps, and you'll hit sixpackstardom in now time. (im not sure if thats a word)
Hope I helped. Start running , now. =)

Since you are a minor, you will have to get a friend that is 21 to get you one! All kidding aside, you probably need to do more aerobic exercise, reduce fat, and increase protein!

It looks like you are doing well... have you tried crunches on an exercise ball. Depending on where you place the ball... on your lower back to the base of your glutes you will be able to target exactly the muscles you want to tone.
THen again at 15 years old you may simply not have grown enough body mass at 110 pounds to really rip the bottom. Keep working on it ... fitness is 4-life... always remember that. Don't be discouraged.. you have a lifetime to strive for it.

Cardio and good genes. Even with a good diet and exercise, most people aren't genetically able to get a 6 pack. This is because the human body has to store fat for emergency purposes. Just do some long distance running and eat a lot of healthy snacks. Since you're 15, you should be able to get a six pack in no time....stay away from sweets or anything containing sugar.

Two things: drop your body fat, and use resistance training for your ab exercises.
Getting your body fat down means a strict(er) diet, some cardio, and dedication. The best abs in the world won't show behind three inches of fat.
Use ankle straps and a weight stack to do crunches and leg raises, and some modified medicine ball crunches. Don't do a hundred situps...that's not the way to a six pack. Use resistance and keep upping the weight. The rectus muscles will respond. And don't forget the obliques...

Do reverse crunches, the concentrate on the bottom ones and you can feel them working right away. Make sure you do 3 to 5 reps of 10 every day or at least 3 times a week and remember to exhale when you bring your legs up.

first off i commend you on the four pack, now with the six pack i'd say eat more fiber but smaller dinners and try to drink water every day. (Fiber foods include things like grains etc) make sure to eat breakfast, and stay motivated keep your head up and keep going forward. do static holds like bridges and side bridges. also do regular work outs like sit ups, jack knifes, and v- ups, But remember to keep your metabolism going have a small meal every 3 hours or so like a handful of peanuts or a potato, or just salad something along those lines . Keeping your metabolism steady will help burn calories helping you lose weight. remember do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day and once you get that six pack don't get lazy
