Calm down first of all. You need to watch your portions and calories. Calories in versus calories out. That mean exercise too. Everything in moderation also. Don't do anything extream, just count calories and exercise, drink lots of water. You'll get to your goal.

Okay. DO NOT GO ON A CRASH DIET!!! If you don't eat anything then your body Will shut down. Your body craves protein. Eat healthy everyday. No sugar foods in the morning. Don't have midnight snacks because your body doesn't get rid of anything while you're sleeping. Drinking water is important to stay healthy!!!! Eat SLOW because it takes 20 mins for youer body to realize that you're full so if y ou eat fast its easy to over eat and gain more weight. Even though its healthy don't over eat or eat more than you need because you can still gain weight from eating too much of something.

hey hey don't worri wot u have to do is book in at the local gym work out every day and eat healthy food lik salads or if you want you could ask the hospital to remove fat but tht might leave scars hmmmm well never try the diet were you eat nuthin coz tht makes you fatter coz u bloat your stomache just eat healthily and work out and you should be ok :)

Don't eat anything with fat in it.
Exercise 5 times a week for more than 30 min.
And drink 2L clean water every day.

well i lost 20 pounds in 2 months last year. what i did that i found really affective is keeping a food diary. keep your breakfast small. here are some options
oatmeal. always great for you and fat free!! lots of differents flavors as well
toast, nothing else like a bagel either!!! yes they are fattening. keep the amt. of butter minimal and use a topping like peanut butter instead of jelly. jelly has a lot of sugar.
cereal. special K, any kind of Kashi, or not sugary COMMERCIAL cereals. stay away from any commercial cereals for kids.
fruit. an orange, or a grapefruit or even a banana. if this isnt enough then have some yogurt with it. healthy yogurt is great for dieting.
eggs. eggs are great!! full of protein. dont pair it with hash, bacon, sausage, or any kind of meat. try some toast or put some time in your eggs. add things like bits of ham, Parsley, potato, just experiment.
Lunch should be your biggest meal of the day. here are some options
sandwiches-lettuce, tomato, ham, turkey, chicken...things like this are always good. easy on the mayo and mustard. avacado is a good substitute for these things.
salad-anything just try to stay away from creamy dressings. these can turn any good salad BAD.
you can put together any other kind of lunch using the same ingrediants.
snacks-these should be fruits, yogurt, pretzels, apple sauce, veggies :-D, rice(the plainer the better, sorry), and some other things
Dinner should be smaller than lunch and around 8 so you dont get hungry the rest of the night. late night eating is Very Bad.
fish is always great
steak, any kind of beef, pork chops, lots of options
veggies are extremely important for dinner time. this should always be a part.
salads are great
read labels. use what you are given...which are the facts. be smart about shopping and try buying food you need to prepare. pre-prepared foods (including junk food like chips) are just always bad for you. buy in seperates and put things together. this way you have control of what you eat.
a good desert is a banana, baked in the oven with some Cinnamon on top....mmmm..thats good

GET TO WORK! Today after work or whatever your doing get outside and sweat! eat a healthy meal before bed. Stretch in the morning stretch at night. Do cardio EVERY DAY! Walk for miles not half miles. Dont short yourself. If you give up at this who knows what you will give up on in the future.... you know you can do it you said it yourself. Get mad get serious. Its your body you made it that way. (sorry to get in your face) :)

There are many ways to lose weight. The most effective ways are keeping a fat free diet, meaning eating healthy food. Try to have more vegetables at dinner. Eat food at set times not at random times everyday, such at breakfast at 8am lunch at 12 and dinner at 6pm. Try to cut down on snacks, they don't do much good. Another thing is don't be lazy. Do all those little things, the all add up. The last good thing you can do is doing exercise. In the morning do some stretches. Have a 1 mile jog. Go to the gym. Play active sports. Go swimming. Don't be lazy to walk up the stairs. Get a stepomiter and try to walk at least 1000 steps a day.

In two months or weeks? Didn't quite get the time frame.. but yeah hun, I've been on a rampage - hehe, in the last 3 months, I've lost 11.5 kg, which is 25 pounds - but I lost the first 20 pounds in the first 7 weeks! So it's just getting a little harder now...
So 7 weeks you can lose 20 pounds... I ate just really healthy, like a subway tuna 6" for lunch or some sushi, and just a really light meal for dinner like a salad.. increase your water intake and I went to the gym twice a day, but you can see how to do it in one visit below.
Every visit:
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill jogging (half uphill with intervals)
3 x 15 arm weights (you know the machine where you can pull it down on your arms?) with 15kg weight.
And 100 situps - 50 on front 25 on each side.
I was 78kg and now I'm 66.5kg and feeling great, but again I lost the first 20 pounds in the first 7 weeks.. so you can do it! Just remember - anything is possible, when you're working out, keep thinking of how hot you're going to look! Or are looking! The feeling after a work out is just amazing, keep that in the back of your mind when you're on your rampage! : )
You'll do it, I'm one of those very impatient people that want everything yesterday and that was why I kept putting it off or giving up, but now I know to just take one day at a time and I think it's paying off... just be patient with yourself - some weeks you'll go up, some you'll go down, just keep with it and you'll see the results! Just be positive, eat really healthy (try the South Beach diet I would suggest, because it's not depriving you of everything, some of their meals are really good), and make sure to work out every day.

If you can't stop eating snacks sometimes do the healty snake diet, enstead of eating big meals all the time you eat healthy low calory snakes every 2 hours. like chewing a apple very slowly it will make you body feel full.

What worked for me is switching to fat free stuff for a while. Some isn't as good as the real deal, but trust me, it works. I lost 100 pounds in a year by doing this, and also substituting some meat with the veggie alternatives you see in the frozen food section like Boca. Some is not that bad. Good luck!

start by not eating a lot of carbohydrates, then walk a lot, if you work on a 21st floor building, i suggest you use the stares daily.. LoL, seriously just find something to do that makes you sweat, something that you wanna do so that youll never get tired of doing it over and over again

i write down everything i eat and the time i eat it. that way i know what i need to change in my diet and i eat less

This might sound like I'm being a smartass, but Thats not what I'm goin for.
All there is to it really is you have to eat less, and excersize helps also.
There is no magic fix, believe me I've figured this out.
You'd be suprised how quickly your can drop 20 lbs.
