Well obviously if your not serious about losing weight (? why cant you work out while your on vacation? all you need is 15-20 minutes of cardio per day) and btw your not going to lose 7 pounds in 7 days unless you plan on starving yourself. Its unhealthy to drop 10 lbs in a month unless you're truly dieting & exercising. good luck and you might want to try not being so lazy?

I know this sounds cliche, but nothing works better than cutting your portions. We all eat larger portions than we're supposed to, whether we know it or not. So every "food category" you eat should be no larger than the palm of your hand. For example, say you eat a burger and fries (which you can do occasionally!), then eat no more burger than what can fit in your palm, and no more fries than what can fit in your palm.
once you start doing that, along with 30-45 min of cardio a day, you'll see the pounds start to come off. Strict diets never work...everything in moderation is ok, as long as you keep your portions small. Dont overexert yourself!

Work out and eat right. Theres not that much else you can do. A good tip though....Weight lifting burns more fat than running. Good luck girl and i hope you meet your goal. You can find an easy workout routine or diet Plan on the internet if you just type in the right words.

Personally, I think you look gorgeous- not fat at all. But if it would make *you* feel better to lose a couple of lbs...
1) Make breakfast you biggest meal;
2) Eat less food, but make sure you eat nutrient dense foods - fruits and veges and grain
3) take a hour brisk walk every day.
4) Drinkplenty of water. Avoid alcohol and smoking
5) sleep regularly and have a good routine
If you are consistent with these 5 things you should see results in about a week to 10 days.

Watch your diet, if you want to lose weight fast, DO NOT EAT AT NIGHT. You can lose like 5 pounds in a few days just by not going to bed stuffed. Also, reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day and you'll see results. To get lean, run and do situps. Good Luck!

heres what i say
if you are going to the beach take a jog on the
beach because you will lose weight and loose
calluses.
instead of junky food eat 100 calorie packs
like mini delights pop corn.
run on the treadmill
you have it so take advantage of it.
instead of soda drink water.
if water isnt flavorfull enough for you
get some flavor packs
10 cal ones
or the 0 cal ones
those are pretty good
they are called grape/fruit punch/ect
there a wall mart brand so...
(but they turn your poop green)
i think you should just exersize
in those pics you dont look hevy at ALL

Eat about 1200 calories a day (NO LESS) and as little fat as possible. Also drink water water, and more water. Exercise as well as much as possible.

as for exercise......
You probably just need to tone girl!!!! Don't starve yourself please just eat a healthy 6 small meals a day. If you dont eat anything, you will eventually gain the weight back. ALL of what you lost and gain back a little more.
That's probably the worst thing anyone who's trying to lose weight can do. Eat really healthy but 6 small little meals a day. That's the way to go. To tone, Just go to the gym ( if you have a membership) and go on the elliptical or treadmill for 30 min then go swimming for 30 mins or in the sauna to cool off.
There are many different exercises you can do at home if you don't have a membership to a gym. Trust me you don't need to lose weight, its not like you have 137 glued to your forehead. Numbers are NOT everything. Believe me. What matters is how you look, not how much is your weight.. Ask yourself, do you like the way you look? If not work on specific areas that trouble you and work them out.
You dont like your thighs? Then do leg exercises...
You dont like your arms? Do arms exercises....
You want a better looking abs? Do crunches or ball exercises..
You dont like your butt? LOL etc.....

omg me too! well ive lost 4 and 1/2 pounds in the past couple of days just by not eating between meals ( or reallllllly slowing down on it) and i run a mile every day, and i try to make healthy choices overall, but im still working on that part :]

OMG, i am exactly like you. haha, sorry, thats ironic. im 5'8", approximately 137 ( i weighed 133 before i went to california =[) and I want to get somewhere between 125 and 130 b4 school! so when i came home from california i was actually 140. But in just a few days, i lost 3 lbs. I actually think i was bloated when i weighed myself, but still, i did lose weight within days. As bad as it is for you, i've been consuming less than 1,000 calories these past few days, and usually i am active, but all i've done was practice basketball for 30 min. Don't make a habit of it, i know that i am only eating this much until i get between 130 and 135, then i am going to exercise a lot. I reccommend that you drink plenty of water, rather than juices. Limit your self to three small meals a day and read nutrition labels. I've never been on a diet before, but I do know that what I'm doing isn't a healthy life style. Once I get back to my usual workout, which is running, basketball, and lacrosse, I'm going back to eating somewhere between 1500 calories to 2000 calories. I'm not saying that you need to eat 1000 calories a day, but it has worked for me, and it's only for a little while. Just try to eat only when you're hungry, untill you feel satisfied, not until you're really full.

eat 7 very small meals a day. breakfast should have a lost of fiber. eat about 1000 calories to keep your body from going onto starvation mode. drink lots of water.

well u can do what i do eat right and drink a lot of water and try to spend a lot of time with your friends playing all day and try to olny eat two times a day that way u want be so Hungary and eat a little sack be for bed and drink a half of cup of juice.i am doing it now i use to weight130and i am 124 stay outside atlest 5mins. and e mail back when u try it

You don't need to lose weight... seriously! My target weight is 125 and I'm 5' 3". That is results straight from the doctor to. Rather than losing some pounds, I think you just need to tone up and get muscle definition. For that you should eat plenty of lean protein and fruits/veggies. Also, you can run on the treadmill 3 times a week (for 30 minutes) and do some crunches and arm workouts (to tone your stomach and arms... the treadmill will take care of your legs). Always keep realistic goals in mind so you will be less likely to sabotage your progress.

WOW. theres nothing wrong with you, i think your just the perfect size. But...(sigh) if you wanna lose weight, then just walk around alot that burns 700 or run around that burns 750 calories in your body. drink plenty of water, exercise when you wake up and before you go to bed.

I swear by the ellitpical trainer and running. If you have no time to exercise because of vacation, try running. It helps. I think you look fime though. But I completely understand as I am 140 and want to be down to 122-125 by October. Also I have been watching my diet and watching my carbs and fat intake.

you're absolutely FINE/GREAT now! Your BMI is 20! That is darn perfect, if there was such a thing! you do not need to loose weight! Trust me, those 7 pounds are not necessary to loose and will make little to no difference, just stop drinking soda, to prevent bloating and drink water to flush your system.

exercise, no junk food and eat right! That is the ONLY way to loose weight. sorry but there is no healthy way to loose 7 pounds in a week. even crash/starvation diets won't work and would only be water weight at first
typically a healthy diet has a person loosing about 2 to 3 pounds per week
your BMI (body mass index), which is a better way to gauge yourself, has you as "normal"
BE SMART, NOT STUPID about your weight
