dunbells. (30 lb weights in each hand)
and do different exersizes with them.
ex: take one weight, and put it behind your head.
using both hands life the weight up & down.
[i would use whatever weight you can feel the most]
do this in 4 sets of 15

hit them muscles and it will naturally go away..

you have to burn the fat theres no thing as spot reducing just do 45 minutes of heavy running or ellipitcal 3 sets of 30 pushups a day also do dips lift with free weights not machines and of course eat healthy lots of protein check out bodybuilding.com good luck you can do it i lost 80 pounds in 4 months my arms have definittion now, go hard. Sorry, but you can't "spot treat" fat and just lose it in certain spots. You have to lower your overall body fat in order to look slimmer at certain areas of the body.
It takes a combination of diet and exercise to do this.
For your diet, try to stay away from soda, juice, sweetened teas and coffees, sugary cereals, and candy. Also cut back as much as possible on bread, rice and pasta. Anything with 'white' in the name you should avoid. 'Brown' and 'whole wheat' is good. Try to drink a lot of water and try to eat smaller meals more often as opposed to just two or three larger meals.
Try to add in some exercise, and you'll be on your way.

First off understand that YOU CAN NOT SPOT REDUCE. Adopt a full body routine focus on light weight with high reps. It doesnt matter if you do a million chest presses or push ups a day. Your body is an entire unit and conditioning it that way is the only way to make improvements.
I too have the under arm business, I affectionately call them my second pair of breasts. Now too me they are totally noticeable, halter tops and strapless pieces are a struggle for me for fear of the hang over affect.
I notice the best results when I am leanest, when my diet is in check and I maintain good posture. If you are lean, and you still have em, sorry dear, blame your genetics

You little angel. lol Try working on biceps, pull ups, push ups. If there is just excess flab these will help it. If it is skin than you might have to resort to plastic surgery to remove the extra skin.

well if you have just recently lost a large amount of weight, and it is skin that has not been toned; there are surgery's that can be done to get rid of unwanted skin.
on the other hand...
if it is fat then you can lift weights, use weights on machines. do lots of reps with a low weight. swim. treading for long amounts of time helps. and you can do pushups/table pushups.[oppisite of pushup with your front body facing the ceiling]

You should also buy some weights from 5-20 lbs.

Exercise...............swim and jog..........lift some weights and shape yourself the way you might like.........it's not easy, but in a year you might be surprised....take some pics........so you got something to look at.............Once had a friend 5'8'' in high school(junior)170lineback, soph. year of college 5'8''and 215 no drugs all workout and food.........he's now 150 can it be done yes...........he's got the pics for kids.....he now coaches wrestlers.............do it.

well i would say a reverse grip chin-up would work really well but if you aren't strong enough for that yet. try dips- you can find out what those are by googling them, push-ups, and rows. you can find alot of other good excercises in strength training books. it will be a gradual reduction of the fat but every day the excercises will be easier!

do 30 pushups a day and increase 1 a day. curl (i dont noe how much u can curl) like 25 lbs, and lie down on the ground, hold a dumbbell in your arm, and life as if u r benching w/ 1 hand (mite be dangerous if u drop it).

I have the same problem, I dont know if you have axcess to a swimming pool, but since i've been swimming, in two weeks i've noticed a small difference....I go with my kids, they swim i exercise discreetly......

what are some fast ways to get my arm thinner for the summer, without getting huge ugly muscles?
I think tone arms on a woman are very healthly because I can tell bodyfat percentage by looking at the back of their arms. Also even if you worked out your arms everyday it is not humanly possible for a woman to get huge arms without taking 'enhancers' or 'supplements'.
My advice is to start working out your triceps because a woman's tricep is a lot weaker than a males and much harder to build so it is probaby loose and making you arm droop and swing back and forth whenever you wave at someone =P
, Actually, it IS possible for a woman to get huge arms (and not by taking any pills). I weighed around 125 and I'm 5'8'. My arms got huge but the rest of me was the same. Over the years it straightened out but I never knew what caused it unless it was a Thyroid problem
As far as I know, there's no fast way to get your arms thinner in a few months. Seems to me that if you work out, you're going to get some muscles. From your pics, your arms don't look so big.
Yeah sure I'll believe it whenever I see it. If you count seeing muscle as big then I guess but if you're talking about 15 inch arms then I don't believe it at all unless she's fat.

OK..when you are watching some TV get 2 chairs. Place them about 2 to 3 feet apart.
Sit in between the 2 chairs on the floor so your feet and legs are straight out. Get in position so you are holding yourself up with your hands and arms using the 2 chairs..Slowly lower yourself down about 8 to 10 inches..Then push yourself straight up.
That is one rep...Try and do 8 to 10 reps...( this is one set) Rest maybe a minute or 2 then repeat a set..Try and do 10 to 12 sets each day then after that gets easy funmail me for some other workouts.
Easy. Mix cardio workout - running and cross trainer are great int he gym and skipping if you are at home. Add to this some specific moves. I have done some for my blog with pictures to show you exactly how to do them. they are very effective. Good luck
I think muscles are sexy...not huge ones, but some muscle will look good and fit.
