Watermelon is very good for you, mainly made of water and will not make you put on wieght.
Though, obviously, not a good source of protien and stuff, you need a varied diet.

If you swallow the whole watermelon you will look pregnant. Watermelon is 99% water, so it will not make you fat.

No - its extremely healthy for you - it does contain alot of natural sugars, so you have to be careful those sugars dont convert to fat, if you dont exercise to burn it off. But it is extremely good for you!!! Eat lots of fruit, vegetables and exercise daily. You will notice the difference.

Watermelon will not make you gain and by the way the more fluid you take in the more you will get rid of (unless of course you have a fluid retention problem). Just be careful and continue to eat other fruits and vegetables, you don't want to get diarrhea and get sick.

I can see the wheels turning in that head of yours and you were thinking of going on a watermelon "diet" . DON"T !
To lose weight:
Eat everything in moderation
Use portion controls for serving sizes
Keep a daily food and activity diary
Don't eat less then 1100-1200 calories a day
Increase your activity level through sports, aerobics, bike riding, roller skating , swimming, exercises, house work etc.

It's mostly water, so it really doesn't do much of anything. It has a few vitamins in it that are good for you, and long as you don't put a lot of salt or sugar on it (like some people do) then it will not cause you to gain weight.

Watermelon doesn't make you fat. It is mostly water, so contains very little energy (about 130KJ according to wikipedia) and contains several nutrients that your body needs.
But slightly off topic, your question seems to indicate a misunderstanding of weight gain/loss. You'd have to check out a nutrition website for all the details (normally one that is part of an organisation like http://www.nutritionaustralia.org/ is best), but basically whether you gain or lose weight is mostly based on the amount of energy in the food/drink you consume a day eg if there is more energy in your food than your body uses you gain weight, if there is less energy in your food than your body uses you lose weight.

Well....watermelon is a fruit. Fruit has natural sugars. Sure it's good for you, but sugar is sugar. If you eat too much of it or any other fruit, you WILL gain weight.
Also, it's not the watermelon that gives your diarrhea. It's the rinds.
