You need more food to kickstart your metabolism as if you eat as little as this your metabolism will slow down completely and then when you come off this diet you will balloon much bigger than you have ever been! If you eat sensibly, with plenty of fruit and veg and some of all the other food groups, plus allowing yourself a small treat each day, the weight will come off and stay off, especially if you combine this with a form of exercise you enjoy.

If you are trying to lose weight you need to eat more to lose more it's the way our body works. As soon as you get up in the morning whether you are hungry or not you should be eating a large, and healthy breakfast full of fresh fruit and protein and maybe some dairy within a half hour to jump start your metabolism. Then eat a small healthy snack in about 2 hours after that. Then eat lunch, snack, dinner, small snack. Do you understand? Most importantly stay active! If you need any more tips just google healthy meal ideas! However much you weigh... for example if you weigh 180 add another 0 and you should consume 1800 calories in a day. or 200...consume 2000....250 consume 2500. Get the idea? So many people think in order to lose weight you have to stop eating and thats not the case at all!

Reading the question it sounds to me like an anorexic looking for a boost so needing other people to confirm that yes she is starving herself quite nicely thank you.
I cannot seriously believe that this is an honest question or that anyone could be so lacking in basic nutritional information to ask it. I think it would do you the world of good to go volunteer in a soup kitchen.

It depends on the person, that is why fad diets don't work because every person on this earth is unique and slightly different in some way, shape, or form.
How big are these cups of tea? Because tea is mostly water, that will help keep you feeling full for the day. Does this sound like the right amount of food, that depends on how many calories are there... and depending on what your body is used too. Actually sounds like the right amount of food to me... here is what i eat in a normal day:
1 bowl of cereal with whole milk
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwhich on wheat bread
1 medium sized apple
and then dinner usually varies... depending on the day but in between the meals i drink water at least 64 oz of water b/c that is what is recommended to help keep your body hydrated and flush your immune system of unwanted chemicals. (i'm usually up from 5a.m. until 9p.m. about 16 hours a day)
I would say yes, this sounds about right, to me, but then again, it might not sound right to you. Hope this helps, and I hope you can get on track too! :)

I would think NOT, but it depends on the person, which you didn't describe at all... Goes to show how together your really are. WAY OFF BASE! We have us an ANOREXIC here!
EDIT:
I'm not sure if you meant 5' 2/3" (8") or 5' 2" or 3". If it's the former, you are underweight. You need to gain like 20 lb (1.5 stone).
If it's the latter, you're like 5 lb (1/4 stone) from being underweight and should gain like 10 lb (3/4 stone).
Gain the weight in a healthy way. Here, this link will help you figure things out, although, it doesn't really get into the different types of fats, proteins, carbs, vitamins which you should learn about....

Nutritionally there's hardly any goodness in there. You need to eat more of the healthier stuff. The amount is not in question really.

Eliminate the peanut butter and jam
add generous servings of a variety of vegetables and some assorted fruit. Where did you get this diet? I hope not from any doctor it sounds like an unhealthy starvation diet.

Eat some normal amounts of food for Pete's Sake woman!
Try measuring your portions out in 1/2 cups instead of tablespoons for starters.....and get some protein in there while your at it.
Gosh.

Not a healthy diet. Not enough food and very little that is healthy. Try salad, fruit and veg - all low in calories and good for you.
* Never heard of tea being good for dementia and arthritis.

That isn't nearly enough calories. Even if the person eating that wanted to loose weight it wouldnt work well, the body would go into starvation mode and take longer to burn off fat than it actually would with more calories.
Also your mean't to have at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day and I don't even think half a tablespoon of peas is one! This could give bad skin, hair, and worse things such as harming the immune system.
All in all, no it doesnt sound healthy!

No way, that is not enough complex carbs. You will have no energy. On top of all the vitamins you are missing from other food sources. You'll be worrying about more then just those sicknesses if you keep that diet up.
