ok i am sorry i forgot to say this before but this is actually my friend. i was doing this for her to show her some support for y'all and thanks it really helped! actually i am 5'2 but i don't even crack the scale to 100. i don't think i am anorexic because i have small bone structure and exercise a lot. do y'all agree?

Are your friends super fat. Your BMI is 27. The good news is that you are not obese which is over 30. But 19 to 24 is normal so you are very overweight. A BMI of 24 is normal but that is very chubby. I know how you feel about your friends saying you're skinny. You're a little overweight, probably less than 10 pounds, so it should be a cinch to get to a healthy weight.

However, why should you worry about it? Unless being that little tiny bit over what you should be is somehow preventing you from doing the things you want to do, it shouldn't be that important.

yes you are over weight

loose it:

cut out all bad snacks - no - crisps, cakes, chocolate - soda etc..
replace with good foods - fruit, nuts, seeds..........

do more excersize - go up the stars - in stead of the lift - go swimming...etc

you are not fat muscle weighs more than fat so you have more muscle and plus your 5'2 so you are the perfect weicht for your height

The average weight for someone your age and height should be about 115-125lbs. But really, it's not the scale that matters, it's how you feel and how you look, the scale can lie, if your active (like cheering) you could have more muscle than fat, and then the scale would be inaccurate, because the "average weight refers to body fat measurments, and if most of your weight is muscle, then it doesn't apply. If you feel good, and you think you look good, don't worry about it.

Your 14. Don't worry about it, your body is no where near being its final shape, you still have plenty of growing to do and plenty of weight to lose as your final form fits.

I'm not sure, because I am not a doctor. You have to realize people carry their weight VERY differently. I imagine you look great and you're friends are right. However, there is the statistical side to things, and according to your height...which is fairly short.....you may be a little over on the charts. Those are just averages though, and as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle....you will be fine and you will have to ignore numbers. A lot of muscular girls fall into your category....gymnasts especially are shorter and weigh a little more than the "average" on the charts. You know yourself better than any of us! You know your habits and if they are healthy.

Fat? No. But I havea general conception of fat people being Large. You are on the other hand, overweight, muscle or no muscle. Unless you're completely ripped, in which case I'd be scared. On the other hand, I don't particularly like scrawny girls.

Without actually seeing what you'd look like, I'd say you could stand to lose 15-20 lbs and you'd be perfect.

No, you're not fat, but you probably need to start being more active.
