to answer your questions, no you do not weigh too much. if you don't like it then exercise more and eat healthier. i wouldn;t worry about gaining 3 pounds. i gained 40 pounds in 2 years - from when i was 13 to 15 and to this day i am in a normal weight range for my height.

With your weight and height, that sounds normal, I'm 5'4" and weight 125lbs. I don't think I look fat. But, if you are not happy with your weight, you need to start eating healthy. Make a grilled chicken salad for lunch, instead of a Big Mac....drink more water, less soda. You can jog, do pilates for your stomach....it's a really good work out. Don't expect results too quick, but you still have a few weeks before school, you will prob. see an improvement quick. Remeber you don't have to look like a stick, like half of the models you see in magazines. Good Luck!

no your not fat you should weigh more not less you weigh 8 stone and most of my friends are the same height as you but they weigh 10 stone 28 pounds more at least

Don't panic. You absolutely do not weigh too much. At your age, your body may just be getting ready to add a few more inches to your height. It is just preparing the building blocks a little ahead of time. (common & natural) Just try to keep eating a proper diet and do something fun & active as a hobby.

ok i am 12 years old and i am 5'3 and 120 pounds and i don't like my weight either so what i do is go to eercise on demand on my tv and then i work out with the people it really works and it's gets you muscles realls moving! after the day i did it i was sore cause i never used them muscles befrore.

Actually, you are at normal weight according to the (BMI body mass index) measurement. Also you are just 14, so you will experience weight changes due to hormonal imbalances. With growth spurts your weight will go up as well. If your weight do not go up at this age this means to say that you have stopped growing and I know you don't want that. Also your weight can stay the same while growing if you come from a very lenghtly and lean family

YOU ARE 14 YEARS OLD, at this point in life you are certainly still growing into the woman you will one day become. Stressing over weight at this time in your life is pointless!
Don't ask what you can do to lose weight. If you are only 119 pounds, than by the time you reach adulthood you will need to gain significant weight (FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH)!!!!!!

You're fine. My wife is an inch shorter than you and 4lbs lighter. All sorts of thin. You're 14, its just baby fat. You'll get a little older and you'll grow into it. Just eat healthy now. The habits will stick with you later.

Don't worry about that. Yur right where you should be. A little extra weight is actually healthier than being right at average. Plus most guys like a girls thats have hips.

I don't think you are over weight.... I think if you are unhappy with your little belly thing going on just start doing some exercise. Light weights, stomach exercise, walking even while sucking in your gut and squeezing your butt cheeks helps... you will tone up and look a lot for firm and will feel better about yourself.... don't look at the numbers on the scale, go by your clothes and how you feel.... the numbers on a scale will become an obsession and make you feel worse about yourself!!!
Drink lots of water and avoid salt/Sodem ( read labels). That will help with bloating and water retention, so you'll lose some pounds..... Eat healthy, try to avoid packaged or prepared foods ( these contain a lot of salt which makes you puffy)...
You're 14, still technically growing and changing.... you shouldn't diet at your age because your body is still developing and it may slow things down.

Well first of all, you're only 14, you still have some of your baby fat. BUT, the best way to maintain a healthy weight is eating right and getting some exercise. I know you've probably heard this countless times, but it works.
Always eat a healthy breakfast ALWAYS. Eat a light lunch and a good dinner. Try to stay away from fast foods. Exersice wise i'd say if you like sports than you should join a softball or a basketball team . There fun, you meet new poeple and you get good exersice.
I hopt this help's you if, you have any more questions, then add the details and i'll check back on you. Antother important thing is to stay consistant, dont take day s of unless you really need to.
P.S You're not over wieght though.
For woman it's every inch above 5 feet you should be 7 lbs over 100. So at 5"3 it's 121 lbs.
For men it's 9lbs.

your not fat, dont think that, ur normal. but if you want to keep tone then i would eat healther.....(junk once in awhile.) ride a bike,swimm,run,jog,sit up crunches...personal trainer...go to a gym. those are some good ways too keep tone...i do it and i am tone, and i am only a bit taller than u......sooo just be relly active and eat healthy...!!! good luck.

The average weight for your age is 8.5 stone. I looked it up and you weigh 8.5 stone! So your fine! and everyone has a bit of a belly.
The best way to get rid of a belly is by doing sit ups and stuff. Things that work your belly. Also do lots of running to tone your hips, bum, waiste and belly.
Drink lots of water instead of coke or orange juice or w/e. Water fills you up and just gets absorbed into your blood.
And i know its annoying when people say this but everyone comes in different shapes or sizes. So i wouldnt worry too much.

Well, 14 is puberty. Many different things happen to many different people. Some gain weight and some loose. There are some things to do though. Eat fruits at meals, have a salad instead of something else. Work out 3-4 times a week, or more. There are a lot of changes you must go through and it's hard but if you keep trying I'm sure you will get there. What you have to do is say to yourself, "Self, I am fat. I do not want to be. So i am not going to be fat anymore." Then you keep trying and trying and you will get there if you try.

i dont think thats too fat... i don't ask 14 year old girls that are 5'3" how much they weigh tho...
if you think your too fat just exercise alot and before you eat something imagine yourself eating an unos deep dish pizza (try one first so you know what to imagine.) or something else really filling that you like. if you get sick to your stomach at the thought, your not really hungry. dont eat it.

The general rule for women is: start at 100 pounds for 5 feet and add 5lbs for every inch after that. so at 5'3" the average is 115 which you're not far from. Weather or not you way too much i can't answer. i dont know your body type, fat to muscle ratio or personal preference. When you say youre unhappy with how you look then you answered your own question lol
