no not at all i think this is very good for you i think more teens should eat like that and it is also good to treat you self once in a while and i think that if u keep eating this it's not just good for you but it does taste nice.

If your active you need more calories unless your trying to loose weight but 108 sounds fine for some at your age and 5ft.
I'd add in some more protine and calories. Like add some chicken or bacon to your salad and some bread and butter/jelly to your breakfast, or sausage/bacon.

better than me I am 16 5'5 and 116 I ate granola bar milk, lunch CHicken Patti, Milk orange juice, fries, string beans, pinaples and chips you shouldnt be to concerned with what you eat you sound really healthy your a teen you can cheat at least once a day and get away with it

You're joking, right? That's less than I eat on a good day. You shouldn't be worried about that sort of thing anyway, though- sounds like you are the absolute perfect weight for your height and age. Any smaller and you will look like a stick insect.

It's a thin sort of diet - very low on proteins and kind of short of fibers, unless there's something about that salad I don't know.
I notice of course dinner isn't included yet, so maybe there's enough there I don't have to worry about you.
At 5' and 108lbs, you're a good weight for your height, maybe just a tad on the light side. Don't try to pare down any farther.
