Yes, unless you have a super-high metabolism, or diabetes, and thus your blood sugar has skyrocketed, so your body burns fat, cause it can't metabolize the sugar. That means kidney failure in the long run. But not only do those foods make people fat, they give people kidney stones, liver problems and even failure, heart attacks, make grouchiness, and cause countless other problems because of addiction.

Technically speaking yes, they contain several fats and acids that contribute to gaining weight. But eat these along with a healthy diet and a good amount of excercise and their effectsd will become less and less noticable. But don't eat them on a regualr basis because sometimes your body needs specific things from specific foods, or essentially it's what causes cravings. But once you start eating these foods simply because they're convieniant or they're just your average routine then the things in the hamburgers, fries and ice cream just build up more and more in your body as fat since your body probably already has enough of them stored for a while. I'd say just eat these at the most once or twice a week and their effects shouldn't be too bad, but go over that and you may start putting on some weight.
For the links, the first one is to the nutrition facts for a McDonald's hamburger. This is right around the worst of the worst so the levels are probably at their highest here, same for the second link which is to McDonald's french fries. The last link is to your average vanilla ice cream so that could get worse from those levels.

it depends on how much of them you eat. if all you eat is an ice cream bar, a hamburger and a few frenchfries every day you'll probally still be under your daily calorie range and could even loose weight. it'll be really bad for your arteries and blood sugar though.

considering everyone else gave an obvious answer-take a look at it another way. a homemade hamburger with lean meat and a lot of veggies with a whole wheat bun is not too bad considering you're not grilling it with tons of oil adding extra calories and it's better than eating one from mcdonalds or another fast food chain. fries are cooked in a vat of oil-its a given, those are extremely fatty. but you can always cut potatoes into wedges and bake them with salt and pepper and it's healthier. ice cream that isn't organic will make you fat. organic ice cream will also make you fat if you dont' eat in moderation. basically eerything in life makes you fat if you don't eat in moderation.

Calories make you fat and those are foods with a lot of calories for the nutrition you get. To be thin try eating things that come DIRECTLY from plants or trees. Examples: Apple, Asparagus, Orange, Broccoli, Lettuce, Nuts, Eggplant, Green Peppers, Sweet potatoes, onions, plums, grapes.

If you eat too much of these, yes, to be sure.
However, if you eat them in moderation, and mix in vegetables, and some exercise, you should be just fine.
