You definitely have a problem whether you see it or not. My suggestion is to look for help, my best friend had an eating disorder and finally the teachers caught on at school called her parents and she was put in a hospital. I know that you don't want to tell anyone, but possibly talk to any adult you trust, be it your parents, a teacher, or just a adult that you know outside of school or home. I am not going to tell you how terrible this is on your body, but you can not survive forever on 300 calories a day. Well good luck.

ummm, i can tell you what your doing isnt healthy. and i dont wanna be rude or mean, but it kinda does sound like an eating disorder, but im no doctor. you should ask a doctor or counsoler.

okay listenn. haha do deny it but its obvious you deffinatly have problem with your body and self imagee. Its fine to lose weight but this is deffinatly not the way. make sure u eat some breakfast some unch a little snack when u get home and dinner.
But it all can be healthy like fruits veggies apples fish and chicken,
also i know your restrainning yourself from eating and your wondering if an anorexic does the same, the answer to that is yess...Also girly when u do go to a birthday party or **** and theres some really good food there and u do deicde to eat... in jsut that night u will gain about 4-5 lbs.
i knoww...im not jsutsaying in research im telling u the truth and wat hapened to me... try to eat cuz f u do stop.
u lose ur periodd. u soon stop growing. nothing develops(your at the stage in life ur supposed to).
so dont be selfish to ur body.. you can continue losing weight but in a healthy manner.... soo EAT.. more then 800 calories a day try be healthy and do 1200.
one last thing .. stop weighing yoourselff. its easierr.

your not getting all the nutrients you need and that could cause malnutrtion, and make you very sick.

well if ur doing it to be thin, skipping breakfast increases weight in 100% of people. and ur supposed to get at least 2000 calories normally....i eat like 10,000 a day at least but hey i weigh 112...but ya, eat!!!

it sounds like you may have one...that is not a normal healthy diet. If youre self conscience about your weight than eating so much less can actually make you gain weight. Because your body tries to put on more to keep itself healthy. No, the only way to stay skinny is by eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner and eating healthy.
If this is an unintentional problem and you just eat this way because you're never hungry, call a doctor immediately. This is a very serious matter, and is not to be joked about. Lots of people do this right before they are about to die. Depending on how old you are.

If you don't want to eat breakfast or lunch (even though your body needs it) then that's up to you. No one can label you annorexic for doing that...but if you're not eating because you have a bad relationship with your body, then you might have one?
Seriously...you need to eat. If you're concerned about your weight, go see a doctor....don't cause irreversible harm to your body starving and wasting away!

drinking water is not a problem it will actually help you loose weight. You are a heathy weight for your height. You need food to give you energy troughout the day. Energy pills and drinks aren't going to give you the right kind of energy. You need breakfast and lunch for that reason. Try eating 3-4 small meals a day. You're going to start feeding on yourself if you don't get all the nutrients you need that you can only get from food. Don't look at it like "oh god that's going to make me blow up" look at it like "if I don't eat what I should when I should i'm going to do alot of damage to myself in the long run. OH and stay active or become active. If your weight is what your concerend about then do some research on what kind of foods you need to keep your energy up and remain at a heathy weight. Don't stop drinking water and exercise at least 3 times a week.

Eating disorders are mental problems. and the crazier you get thee saner you think you are. so if you are even questioning that you have a eating disorder then you probably don't since you are aware of the fact you arn't eating much. Now you just eat.

Wow someone else who is like me. I don't eat breakfast or lunch either. I just don't like eating in the morning, but most likely I don't eat lunch because I can't afford it so I wait until I get home and eat a cheeseburger. But I'm healthy, what is vital to this is how much you weigh. Now if you're 200 Ibs or around 160 Ibs I think you're ok.

I never eat lunch at school. You probably don't have an eating disorder. However, you do need to eat more so you can get nutrition, vitamins, energy, etc. Don't let friends stick that in your mind or you may think you do have a disorder, when you don't.

i just dont hungry. doctor said im healthy, just have to take vitamin pills and other stuff. i do play sports and other things. i just dont feel like eating.

Well, i am a recovering anorexic, im 13 5'8 and 110.
and let me say, your eating habbits do describe anorexia but your weight and height are not bad.
since you weight is based on your height your not super-skinny at all, a bit underweight but not bad.
!
so i would say try going to a school counsler.
thats what i did.
and tell her to not tell your parents if your not ready for them to know.
But, try to eat please.
Becaus ei was on a I.V force feeder,
and that sucked horribly!
it wont be worth it just to be stick-thin,
eat regularly, excersize and you'll be just fine, and still slim, but not anorexic slim.

In my opinion, and I'm 38 with a lot of experience, yes, you are suffering from anorexia nervosa (as opposed to anorexia bulimia)... You really need to seek some help. Even if it's embarassing or hard to do. I was bulimic for many years, and now I am a 38 year old male with advanced osteoporosis... lack of nutrition... I break bones all the time. For your own good, seek help before your body decides it WON'T digest food anymore, and then you are in very, very serious trouble... weeks, or months with a feeding tube and an IV... It's not a joke, it's very serious... You deserve better than to hurt yourself like this. OK?

Well... I have a friend who is like that too, my friends also say she is anorexic. I think she is too skinny, but not entirely anorexic.
If I were you, I would consult your parents or a doctor to find out more information. Because having an eating disorder is a unhealthy decision for your body.

It's not just you're not eating food, you're not getting your nutrients your body NEEDS and lives off of. If you keep this up, you'll die from malnourishment. Don't think of eating as preventing yourself from gaining weight, think of it as staying healthy and keeping yourself alive. Force yourself to eat, you will feel more energized and able to think, and better yet you will be healthy... because right now you aren't.

I'm not really sure if it's anorexia. Usually, people with anorexia don't eat at all, they exercise to the extreme, they weigh under normal, they fear gaining weight, are obsessed with nutrition, diet, calories, they pretend to eat, they lie about eating, they deny that they're really thin, and they use diet pills or laxatives. If you do any of these then you're anorexic. If you don't have these symptoms, then you might just not have a good appetite. :]

You may have an eating disorder, it also may be because of stress or a problem with your digestive system.
It may sound unlikely with the stress (or nervousness) but it can happen, happened to me infact. It will go away if that is the problem. You should try eating breakfast though, if you don't want to have an eating disorder. A lot of people i know say it actually makes them hungrier by lunch.
