That sounds really good, but you could maybe add in a bit more fruit or something.
Try weighing yourself in a few days time to see whether you've gained, lost or maintained.
If you're maintaining just keep doing what you're at, if lost up it a bit, and if you're gaining pull out a few bits or up the amount of excercise you do.
Don't be afraid to experiment :)

It all looks good to me! Very healthy diet. The only thing I would change out of the whole thing is how active you are. Activity burns fat. =]

Excellent! Very nutritious. Personally, I wouldn't change a thing. Just as long as you know to drink you orange juice through a straw so that it won't damage your teeth. Other than that. good choices!
Someone made a comment on your fat intake...you're getting plenty of "good" fat from your peanutbutter.

that sounds good. im know sometimes it can be hard to gain wieght but it maybe not be cause you dont eat enough. it may just be the way you body works. just remember to stay healthy and try to be a little more active even swimming counts. and eat right to stay healthy, but yes i think you chose good food and ate healthy today.

As long as your getting 1200 or more calories a day, it sounds like a healthy diet. Stay with the fruit, vegetables, protein.

your meal seems very healthy, but a little too low in fat. you need some of it for your "hormone related" organs.

It sounds really healthy in general. You should aim for the whole food pyramid though. 2 fats,3-4 protiens, 6-8 carbs (from fresh fruit and whole grains, 4 vegies, 3 fruits, and 64 ounces of water. There are lots of sites where you can see the pyramid and find out the sizes of a serving...they are smaller than we usually think.
oh and 4 dairy, I think...you are much younger than I am and so probably have more calories allowed, but that is about a 1400 to 1600 calorie a day diet, and is healthy...not to lose or to gain weight.
