Could some-one give me an idea how to lose weight?

the last 3 days i have been cycling 1/2 mile at 6:30 in the morning, but i can't controll what i eat, with school coming up aswell, i won't have time in the morning and i really want to loose weight as i am over weight for my age and it really getting me down, i really want help and i would really be happyy if you helped me, any answer i will take into mind! PLEASE help me, i want to be normal, so many things are going on in my life and i am young and don't want to have Diabites when i am older! Please help, i'm begging you! xxxxxThanksxxxxx Additional Details I cycl about 1/2 to a mile, i eat about 2 apples a day and mostly eat veg, but i eat when i am bored, i have become better at stopping eatting wheni am bored but i really need to eat less and i draw when i am bored now, well try to, i need help! Serious help! i start diets, but never stay to it, People say disiplin yourself, it's harder than you imagine, .........it was my fault that i became fat and if any thing happens in the future it would be my fault, i don't want people feeling orry for me, just want help to dodge those bad things in the future like diabetes! Eat half of your breakfast about an hour before cycling, and the rest of your breakfast afterwards. This helps boost metabolism, which will help burn calories throughout the day.
And for the rest of the day... drink a lot of water throughout, but drink a lot of water before meals. This helps decrease the amount you feel like eating.

I’m 5ft 9 and only weigh 126pounds this is what works for me;
Eat regularly, if possible every three hours, when your body realises that it's getting a regular supply of food it increases it's metabolism, burning calories quicker and is much less likely to store calories as fat. When eating try to eat a lot of high protein foods and don't go too hard on the carbs. Try go easy on trans and saturated fats although you are allowed the odd treat. Drink lots of water! At least one gallon per day. Tea, coffee and fizzy drinks are O.K but they don' count towards your overall water intake. Vegetables are also very important they contain vital vitamins and antioxidants so include plenty of these in your diet.
As for exercise I do some light weight training four days a week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing machine) two days a week with one days rest. There is a common belief that doing cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach helps burn calories. This is absolute rubbish do not do it. Weight training is a good idea as muscle tissue burns a lot of energy, even while you sleep. You don't have to become Mr/Mrs universe but any fat tissue which you can convert to muscle tissue will not only make you look better but increase your metabolism. Getting plenty of sleep is also important when trying to build muscle.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Eat healthily. No sweets, cakes, chips, burgers or take aways. Eat lots of fruit and veg. Cycle further. Half a mile is nothing. Any form of exercise should be a minimum of 10 minutes 3 times a day. Check your pulse before you exercise and your exercise should double your pulse. Its good you recognise your need to do this.

it's easy to say but so difficult to live:
1. eat less
2. exercise more - and every day. Even half an hour walking.
but since you already exercise (although half a mile a day on a cycle is pretty small), you'll have to work on the food element. You CAN eat loads, but that 'loads' has to be vegetables (always keep raw carrots or Celery on hand to chew) as a first choice, then fruit, then unprocessed foods containing lots of roughage.
Always eat the least processed form of whatever you fancy; for example in flour based foods, go for bread instead of cakes - and wholemeal bread, at that.
If you fancy & must have chips, do your own and bake them in the oven.
Learn to enjoy fish. Cook your own. Any sort, and as often as you can.
If you must have meat, buy from a butcher & cook it yourself.
*** MAIN SINGLE RULE ***
buy and eat no fast food whatever. Always check what is in the food you put into your body, you're never going to get another one.

if your eating out of boredom you need to control yourself and i understand its harder than said.
Think of another activity when your bored or just lay down and go to sleep!
I think what may help you is a carbs free diet - where you eat small meals throughout the day- these meals must be protein based and no pasta, bread, rice or any forms of sugar is allowed( such as cakes, biscuits, crisps and junk foods)
Small meals are things such as salads - you can do some research on such meals and because you'll need to prepare quite a few meals throughout the day - it'll prevent you from being bored! henece, you'll be eating regularly throughout the day and won't be bored.
Also, do swimming (the best cardio work out) and running.
Add some weight traning in as well!

A good system is a large breakfast, smaller lunch & an evening meal mainly salad.
That way, calories are used in a logical fashion, so that they are burnt during the day & do not change to fat at night when you don't need them.
Drink a lot, which will keep you from feeling empty.
Find out what your weight should be in accordance with your height, and weigh yourself not more than once a week.
Once you have reached your required weight, do not lose any more, just concentrate on not putting it on.

Keep exercising, eat small meals throughout the day and keep a food diary (if possible). Remember, the weigh won't fall off in a day - it takes time.
And by the way, YOU are the only person who can control what you eat!

Need to eat more often! But eat less each time.
Give your body time to digest. When I was losing wait, I ate about 6 times a day, but I only have very small meals, enough to keep me going for another hour or 2.
Increase your cycling, 1/2 mile is nothing! I ride 4.5km a day and I think that is small. Why don't you ride to school? At least that becomes mandatory exercise! Alternatively, get the school bus to 1/2 way, and ride your bike from there if it is too far.
Just think of yourself in the mirror each time you want to "give up". Or think about someone you like and do it for them!
Anyhow, these are my methods, not too sure if they will work for you.

some one once told me to imagine a slimy slug slithering all over your food ,if you can do this it will dull you appetite for what you are about to eat .if you are in your teens and overweight do something now life is too short and you can miss out on so much and it just gets harder the older you get its a vicious circle if it goes on too long.
