try running for half an hour, find out your bmr and subtract atleast like 600 cal. then divide it inbetween 5 or 6 meals a day and you should eat that amount of calories in each meal, drink lots of water, plus calisthenic workouts, pushups crunches, squats pull ups

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. When you exercise make sure you are doing cardio for at least 30 min get that heart rate up, it will melt off the pounds. That being said don't try to lose to much weight quickly it won't last and it can damage you in the end.

I'm sure you can get CLOSE to it, but 10lbs is not likely.
-stay away from fried foods, go for grilled!
-you WILL can muscle mass if you're exercising so don't be surprised if you actually gain a bit of weight before you lose some
-eat small meals throughout the day (healthy meals)..this keeps your metabolism going fast and also you're not so hungry when it comes to dinner or lunch so you're less likely to pig out
good luck! even if it's not 10 pounds, i'm sure you'll lose weight

i did. portion control is what you need to think about, buy those low fat frozen tv dinners and only eat those and keep up the exercise. good luck.

i have a friend, who lost a lot in a few days, with what he calls "watertropy"!
In 3-day periods, he drinks only water! no breakfast, lunch or dinner, only water. if u do it, 3-day 3-day, i think u reach ur goal.

This a bit agressive but doable.
You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or Ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

Sure you can do it. Remember to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day it really helps keep water weight down believe it or not. Beyond that it's all about expending more calories than you take in try cutting back to no less than 1200 calories a day and keep up with the daily exercise.

yeah u can, but its easy to gain it back as quickly if you go back to your old eating habits. What kind of exercise are you doing by the way? For rapid fat loss, you have to do interval and resistance training. That means you don't have to train as long but you have to train with intensity (sprints, weight training). Doing half an hour of this kind of exercise burns fat 3 times faster than doing half an hour of cardio at a steady pace on a treadmill/stairmaster. Keep that heart rate fluctuating! This exercise also keeps you burning calories throughout the day, even when your just going about your regulat daily activities.
Of course a diet low in carbs and sat fat is a no-brainer, but calorie counting can help. As a general rule, you can multiply your ideal weight by 10 to see how many calories you should be consuming per day to stay at that weight. Cooking your own meals works well because you know exactly what's going in your body. avoid juices b/c of the sugar. Just drink water or mix 1/8 part Cranberry juice in 7/8 part water or something to change it up. Try to avoid aspartame (crystal light,etc.). It can eventually make you fat so its good to drop the habit. Green Tea and oolong tea can speed up your metabolism if you want to stay clear of fat burners.
Also restrict your salt intake because salt retains water. This does not mean stop drinking water though. If your body thinks it being dehydrated, it will retain more water as a safety mechanism.
