exersize, sex/masterbating.

believe it or not you actually feel less tired after sex
and the exersize will get your blood pumping

i once stayed up about 3 days in a row and i stayed awake by doing pushups/dips/crunches etc....

Get enough sleep, eat well, and make sure to drink enough water. If you're already doing those things, consider trying to find the book "You don't have to go home from work exhausted" at your local library or book store.

yeah the best way is to drink lots of water, and try get as much early nights u can get.
But definatly first thing drink water.
some people dont like drinking water so if you are 1 dilute it with like a cordial. or some sort of heathy flavouring

catch some z's. everyone I work with drinks coffee to stay awake but I won't touch it...I try to make it through my day without depending on caffeine. No offense to coffee drinkers. Make sure you eat all your meals and rest!

You can sleep (don't oversleep), exercise (and you should feel more energetic), and eat different foods (because some make you feel sluggish)

You may have a lot of toxins in your intestinal system. When was the last time you took a laxative or something like that to get rid of all the toxins in your system? This can contribute to feeling tired or even sick.

THe natural ways to feel less tired is to be:

OPTIMISTIC - Having a positive outlook in life will make you feel good about yourself including your self-esteem which will give you less pressure and headaches.

ZZZZ'ss - Getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep will help you because when your body&mind is already relaxed and therefore so are you! BElieve me!

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES - Not including vigorous activities... JUst take a 30 minute brisk walking will do...

MULTIVITAMINS - Vitamins do have a big part in managing stress and burn outs. Try Stresstabs or vitamin C w/ Ferrous Sulfate. ^_^ IT does help.

GO OUT AND HAVE FUN - It doesn't mean that when you work, it's always work that you do. Of course it's stressful, i tell you. Try getting yourself a break and invite your friends to have chitchats - i think talk therapy is the best - and go out.... shop/window shop whatever, and do things that would exhale out the stress for the day ^_^
