No i weigh that and i'm that height! but if you want to help lower your weight you can run 1 or 2 miles to help! i just started this routine a week ago and lost5 pounds!

I think you are proportionate.I try to stay 5lbs below so I can have that margin to gain wieght and not go over board.I am 5'8" and 145 and people think I'm thin.But guess what ,I don't.So maybe we are just our own worst critics.Tell you what I won't be harsh on myself if you'll let up on your worry.Deal?

Height of 5'-6" + weight of 135 lb = Body Mass Index of 21.8 which is right in the middle of the NORMAL body weight category.
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Um, I don't know -- it really depends on the person but if I were you, I would feel fat.
Well, I'm 5'6" too and I'm 110lbs. Trying to lose more weight. My goal is 90lbs.

I don't believe the numbers are exactly correct but they are pretty close. you are fairly tall ((well if you're a girl)) so 135 is perfect. If you have stomach fat or anything all you have to do is do like 100 crunches a day until you notice some change. But no, I don't think you're too fat

Well since you are a girl and 5 1/2 feet or more, I'm pretty sure you are expected to be at least over 120 pounds. You are definitely not overweight, that's for sure. You are just right. Don't worry about your weight, just live life!

No, are you sure that person was'nt kidding? You're at a very healthy weight. If I were you in fact I would start lifting weights (not huge ones but the small free weights) so you can stay at your healthy weight. It helps to that you already are exercising and rationing your junk food. So yea, you're just fine.

Do YOU think you're fat? Are YOU uncomfortable with yourself? It doesn't matter what WE think. Questions like these are so asinine. "Am I fat?" "Am i pretty?" The answer to these is "One thing for certain you're vain and shallow." On a side note, what is this stigma you have about being fat? I'd certainly concentrate on your insecurity first.

If you have a small bone type your overweight.
If you have a medium bone type your close to being anorexic.
If you have a big bone type you are anorexic.
(You should really tell people what bone type you are. And if you eat healthy and excersice a good amount you shouldn't worry.)

WEIGHT multiply 700 divide by HEIGHT (in inches) divide by HEIGHT again (in inches) equals
19-25 is wonderful . 26 and up heavy. 18 and below not good.
135 X 700 / 66 (inches) / 66 = 21.7 = GOOD
