Well for your age and height it is a bit unhealthy...ex. im 22, 5ft. 8in and 130lbs but I really think your height has alot to do with it too. The shorter the more thick you'll look.
If you don't like it, try eating healthier, joining a sports team, or exercising, like taking the steps instead of the elevator, or walk a dog lol even if you dont have one you can borrow a friends, just think of all the things you don't do and do it! Good luck!

Yes you are overweight and need to lose some weight. Don't go on any fad type of diets. See if your parents or a counselor at school could help you come up with a good plan. Exercise as much as you can and the weight will come off quickly if you stick to it. You will be so much healthier as a result of what you do now.

Sad you have to lie about your weight just to get attention. You know, alot of people are really hurting because of their weight. It's nothing to joke about.

In all reality, it is considered "obese" by a doctor's standards, BUT!!! I am a believer of your own standards.. Right after I had my son (which I gained 100lbs) I had immediately lost 25 and I was still considered "obese" (ouch) but weight comes and goes, (especially when you are younger) and if you are happy with yourself then rock on! If you aren't there are ways to help. Cheap ways too! Go for a run when you get home, walk to and from school, enroll in sports, and believe it or not, eating 3 solid (not fatty or greasy) meals and 3 light snacks a day will help your metabolism boost up to where it needs to be! That and a simple 20-30 min walk 4x a week or daily will get you right where you wanna be! Trust me, Since my son I have lost 75lbs.. And just keep in mind that you are still SO young! People change as they get older! I'm sure you are beautiful just the way you are!

That's about 70-90 pounds overweight. You need to do something about that ASAP.

That is fairly heavy for your age and height. Just start watching what goes in your mouth. Cut out all carbs, eat meats, salads, veggies and fruits. If your budget cant afford these items, just cut down on your food intake and no candy and no sweets. Drink water and no sodas, none. You will be ok, it will just take a little time. Good luck!

Your BMI (body mass index) is prbly higher than normal. I'm 5'1 and I weigh 115 lbs. Your young so you are more likely to shed off the pounds faster. Be more active and you wont have to worry :)

check your bmi. And yes, I do think that is or is close to obese im sorry to say. I find that my friends that are over weight are usually the ones that watch tv all the time. So dont sit down and watch tv, but go hiking or join a gym, or run early in the morning ride a bike, walk a dog, or go for a jog. Running is the best solution to lose fat. At most doctors offices they have weight loss programs were they guarentee weightloss. Also cut junk food completely out of your diet, i know how hard it is, im a picky eater. But you find other foods that are health and good, like chicken noodle soup.. Alos drink a glass or two of water before EVERY meal, even before snacks. It fills you up. Also eat really really slow. But trust me, you dont lose lots of weight with just cutting down on food/bad food. You really have to exersize. I dont know about youo but when I was overweight I was to embrrassed to exersize outside of the house which made things REALLY hard but I would run in place, up and down stairs, I got a ski machine(starting time was only 2 minutes I could be on it but every week got better) gilads workout program(works REALLY well), jumprope, hiking with family member or friend. Started walking more places. Have one cheat day were you allow yourself to eat some junkfood, but dont overdo it and still drink water before. Dont drink energy drinks, flavored waters and stay away from POP. You really gotta do something about this and be determined. I dont know you but I support you all the way. I went through something similar.

It depends. I have friend who is 4foot 10inches and weighs 120lbs. She's a solid chunk of muscle though, so she's still really thin. It depends on if your weight is fat of muscle...

yeah, that might be a tad heavy. Maybe jog a little and do situps. You're young so you might grow a little in the next couple years and even out a little, but you'll still have to lose a little bit to get your BMI down.

Gracious! Please, ignore all those rude and ignorant answers. I am presuming you are a young woman. According to the height/weight chart for women: At 5'1" ...small frame, 106-118; medium frame, 115-129; and large frame, 125-140. At age 14, you may have a few inches left to grow; however, you are far above your normal/healthy weight. Please, please do not go overboard trying to lose weight. Find a good program, such as Weight Watcher's, and stick with it. They teach you to eat healthily and get moving. Their weekly meetings provide wonderful support. Diet is a 4-letter word. Ideally, you are looking for a lifetime eating plan, not a diet.

you arent fat fat but you are overweight
which is OK! Everone isnt MEANT to be skinny
dont let theese people get you down
different people have different bone structures.
You may also have muscles, which weighs a LOT more than fat
A lot of factors contribute to your weight!
dont sweat it!
if you want to loose weight
i suggest you stop eating any type of cow meat.
If you are going somewhere get a chicken sandwich or chicken strips, they are much better for you

I dont understand why people are giving such bad answers on this one-message to everyone else: Stop, thats not cool call someone fat when you dont even know them!
Yes, you are considered Obese, unless you are extremely muscular, don't worry though! Acknowledging this is the first step to getting somwhere, I reccomend now getting help from a personal trainer and a nutritionist to help put your body where it belongs. Be persistant, and patient, and things will soon turn your way. Best of luck to you.

I would say that you need serious help. If I was in your shoes I would be seeking professional help to get my weight under control. You need to lose at least 50 pounds if not more. As an over weight person myself, I feel for your struggle with this and wish you the best of luck.
