You might be a tiny bit chubby, unless you're muscular. You probably wouldn't need to lose that much, but heres a few things.
Green Tea - it increases your metabolism and helps your immune system, helps with acne too if thats a problem.
Cold water - Colder is better, you're giving yourself water which will help your metabolism function AND you're forcing your body to burn energy to heat up the water. Injured wrestlers at my school are told to drink a gallon of cold water each day to stay on weight and they lose more than the guys doing the workout.
Protein shakes - you may not like the sound of this, but if you have a small protein shake in the morning it will increase your metabolism for the day and make you less hungry. I do it every morning and it helps.

no way! that is DEFINETLY not fat. if you feel you want to lose some weight though, just cut back on stuff you don't need like prossesed foods. whe i went on my diet in april that's what i started doing and i lost 4 pounds just from cutting back on bad foods!

i have less than 30 percent body fat (im a girl so its healthy)
im 5'7 and i weigh 160...
remember, muscle weighs more than fat
measure your body fat percentage
and love your body no matter what!

dnt worry your fine. Im 5'4 and 120. Im 13. But your just fine. Your healthy and probubly very well porportioned. Dnt strive to be anorexic or a twig. Be happy. (im going through the same problem though :( .... )
