Okay firstly, you don't need anybody elses opinion to tell you if you should lose weight. If *you!* feel that you should lose weight then do it. If you're happy with yourself then stay that way! People's opinions don't matter in life. Well mine does when I say cookies are yummy. BUT THAT IS IT. =]

You are fine! I would love to be 154........you might try some exercise or pilates to be healthy and it would help you to tone up, but I don't think you should be worried at all!

Don't sweat it! Although traditional graphs and scales will tell you that you are slightly overweight for your height, it is much more important at thirteen to feel comfortable with yourself as you are. Come back to this question in 3 or 4 years when you can assess the question more objectively.

loose about 20 pounds off do push ups by standing and leaning on the walls about 50 or more times a day also do you hobbie whatever it is basketball gymnastics soccer volley ball keep on excersising each and ever day!

You can go to some websites that will measure you BMI, or body mass index based on your current measurements. It will tell you what your ideal weight is for your age and height. I would also go to your doctor and check your Thyroid and they can also suggest a diet needed to reach your ideal weight. But remember to take it slow. Rebound weight is tougher to get off than the original weight. I tried sugar busters for 6 weeks and lost 22 lbs, my husband lost 30 in the same time. They have a program for kids. I am certain that puberty will take care of some of it for you. Cardio is the best way to burn fat and strength training is a great follow up, But weight training is not really recommended until you are at least 14.

Just start walking 30 minutes every day and eat more veggies, fish, lean meats. Cut out the sugar and the white stuff like pasta, bread, chips. You probably aren't fat, but changing your eating and exercise habits will make a difference and is easier to do now than when you are older.

You have a BMI of 26.4.
A normal BMI is 18.5-24.9.
So I'd say loose about twenty pounds.
I'd do about 30-40 minute workouts a day.
That will get you started and when you start feeling like it you could increase the time or intensity of the workout.
Of course you should make sure that you don't have any medical problems that could be harmful.

but more of a bit overweight.
try signing up for a gym mebership and meet with someone who will show you how to use the machines and set you up on a goal system (its free!) then just watch what you eat. like not intensly just cut out fast foods to maybe like twice a month and soda once a week or none.
these will start a body development that will test your body on losing weight.
dont expect drastic results right away. the key to losing weight is patience so write out a plan, put it on the wall that youll see everyday and stick too it.

okay now..go to walmart buy that sweat suit and weight for your foot about 5lb her leg as you run this will burn more calories faster. 1 mile burns about 150 calories however...if you use this technic you will double the amount or even triple the amount of calories.
3,500 calories = 1 pounds
1 mile with the technique I should you burns up to maybe 350 calories you do the math on that one.
then...change your breakfast to that specail kellogg and follow the specail kellogg cereal challenge.
I promoise you that you will loose weight and fast...
in a healthy way

Don't worry about how much you are told or think you need to loose. Just start eating healthy & ride your bike or walk every day. Try to stay away from fried foods & burgers.

Being fat consists of fat, yes? Well for 1 my brother isn't fat but he is chunkier than me and I am like a stick. It's all about your body type to decide if your fat or not.
You're 13, lose 20lbs. Run 2 miles everyday. Slow jog w/e don't walk. I have to friends that went from fat to thin by doing this everyday.
Eat w/e you want just get some fruit so you get some extra energy to run, I did this for soccer helps a lot.
DON'T USE WEBSITES THAT TELL YOU IF YOUR FAT OR NOT THEIR A BUNCH OF CRAP.

34 lbs.. if ur a girl .. u should weigh 5 punds for every inch past 5 foot..
for example if ur 5 foot-100 is a good weight...
5'5-125
5'4-120

Why not talk to your doctor about a diet Plan? Your doc can tell you how much you should lose and how to do it in a healthy way. They will probably help you more than a bunch of strangers! But, that's just my opinion. Good luck! ☺

if you have a hard time with will power for not eating yummy foods try exercising. i don't mean like hopping on a treadmill for an hour just start by taking a walk around your block every day and then maybe around your whole neighbourhood and the maybe start going for short jogs. before you know it your tummy will be gone

You have a bmi(body mass index) of 26.4 which is considered overweight. Maximum normal weight is at 24.9. I don't know because everybody is different, even if they are the same height and weight so maybe try jogging on the treadmill or on a track. Dance and aerobic exercise is very fat burning! Don't eat too much, but don't restrict. Eat plenty of nutritious items, and cut down on sugars. Good luck! And remember, you aren't in this alone.

About 30 lbs to be closer to ideal weight ... atleast 15 to be within a healthy weight range. Sorry for the harshness but at your age that is technically considered overweight. I would speak with a doctor about healthy ways to get into a better weight range that don't comprimise your growing body.
