that is not fat. when i was your age i was about that. i have the same problem. dont believe you are fat because you are not. if your not comfortable with your wait then try to eat more healthier. but know that you are not fat for your age.

You'll grow into...you're only 11. A good sign of over weight is to check your neck line, around the shoulders and see if you see any dark shading on your skin. That's a good example of obesity. That's what the doctors told my 7 year old niece. They put her on a strict diet, yes its hard. The diet is to eat a lot less, and drink more water. Stay away from MacDonalds and fast foods. Eat healthy and you should be OK! Good luck!

when i was 11 i was slightly shorter and about same weight. i was happy that i finally hit 100. lol
no i dont think you're fat.
i too have a sticking-out tummy.
mostly everybody does.
just try to get shirts that aren't tight... or ones that flow out at the bottom slightly... kinda like tunics....
if you honestly think ur fat, try to eat more fruits and veggies and try to cut down on the foods with excessive fat and sodium.
definitely try to stay away from trans fat (hint: if the package says "0g trans fat" that's nomally per serving, so check the ingredients for anything that says "Partially hydrogenated _____ oil" or "hydrogenated _____ oil"
cause that it trans fat and even though its not alot, its still bad for you)
and exercise. dont go overboard though and make sure you drink water
but if u dont take any sports, take one!
they're fun at the same time as good for you!

Your BMI is a little high. But not to worry, your regular BMI should be 24% or less. But you are still growing and what you have now is baby fat. By the time you finish growing you will have lost the baby fat. Just eat healthy and excercise and don't worry about your body.

no because the avg. weight for a 5'3 20-30 year old girl is 120 -140 just do a few sit ups to make you feel better about the tummy and no sweetheart your not fat

For your age, I believe up to 28% body fat is okay. If your body fat seems high for your weight, it's probably just because you are still growing and have some baby fat. You've not got anything to worry about, just eats lot of meat like chicken and turkey, lean ham/beef, also eggs, baked beans and fish. Also try to get involved with activities and sports that help tone your muscles.

why dont you do this throw away the barbie dolls they are not realistic and darling 107 is a good weight for your height dont loose weight eat more green stuff and drink more water work out MODERATELY and you will be healthy and happy I am sure you will grow into a charming and lovely young woman but know this beauty fades and charm is decietful....you need to love something more practical about your self get some wonderful hobbies like music art or writting please invest your heart in something more than being pleasing to men!!!!

You are NOT fat. Many girls your age feel fat. You are about to lose the "baby fat" as you grow into a young woman. Don't worry about it, your weight is good. If the tummy bothers you, try doing sit ups. Other than that, don't sweat it, I'm sure you are beautiful

gahh girl everyone has a tummy! [unless there dangerously skinny] dont worry maybe its just muscle or big bones, 28% body fat is not bad its just a bit over normal but dont worry! just dont eat tons of junk food, try veggies & fruits and go to mypyramid.gov to see how much of things you should be eating hope this helps!

You are not fat you are still growing. You will shoot up and everything will even out with your tummy. If you are still worried be more active, drink water and eat more fruits and veggies. Don't starve yourself it will only make you unhealthy.
