yeah. you are skin and bones. ok ok, how can he be just fine when he is freaking 6 ft and i'm around 5'5" ish and i weight more than him? only by 5 pounds but still. i'm pretty skinny too. so these people are dumb or anorexic. don't listen to 'em. but maybe it runs in your family so you can't help it.

Yeah..you should gain a few pounds but don't go on an all fat diet. You need protein...and excersize to gain healthy weight.

I think you are underweight. it could be genetics. I'm glad that you eat healthy isn't suffereing from an eating disorder. I do believe that maybe you should eat a bit more than your daily calorie intake.

Some people (like you it seems) are naturally thinner than average. You look healthy to me and based on how you described your lifestyle I think you're fine.
Those charts are very generic and 125lbs at 6 feet is not something that would automatically be underweight.
A better indication is how you feel, your energy level and diet (which you already stated is good).
Next time you see your doctor you can ask her/him to determine what weight is ideal for you specifically so you can know when you should worry.
My ex was very tiny and used to get really upset with everyone saying "oh you're so skinny" and "eat something" etc, but she was totally healthy. It can be almost as stressful as people saying "you're fat" so I understand that.
The *only* thing you need to consider is that you have less to lose than some other people might. So if you do get a bad flu or something you need to be a little more careful to ensure you're not losing too much weight etc. But when you know what your personal, specific ideal weight is (not from a chart) then you can monitor that easily.
DO NOT go on any all-fat diet or do anything else extreme to try and gain weight (unless a doctor puts you on something). Just keep eating healthily and being active and don't let people get to you.

If your one of those guys that just CANT gain any muscle mass, you might want to check out a protein powder that helps you gain weight, and just eat, try eating more then 3 times a day, eat like double! ex: im eating cuz the more you eat helps you build muscle, one day for a snack i was hungry and made THREE peanut butter jam sandwichs, but when your metabolism is high, It doesn't matter! and it all helps you when you work out!

no dude you are perfectly fine. i am waaaaaayyyy skinnier than you and i eat like a fata.ss and i dont puke idk im just skinny. im only like 5 5 and i weigh about 99 pounds. i get harassed all the time too. but trust me id want to be your size any day. besides. girls who are taller usually look skinny because of weight proportionality.

well you might be a little too skinny but if your happy who cares....i was always told that i was to skinny and i got really upset...i tried weight gainer and everything else..but now that im getting older ive gained some weight and look a lot better.

I don't think so. As long as you feel healthy and maintain a healthy diet. I'm 5'7 and weigh about 123 and I've been told by a doctor i'm high but still in a healthy weight class. So it's not always accurate.

According to BMI you are 17.0, a little underweight. Your ideal weight is 153.0 lbs. But, don't worry you look real great with excellent smile that show you feel good.
BMI sometime can not really tell that some one is too skinny. There are some other methods to tell that our body is normal or not. WHR or waist hip ratio maybe can tell better. It suggest that a female waist should be smaller 15 to 20% than her hip or 80 - 85% WHR.
