they r bad for u. if u drink too many ur heart can have probelms, like it will begin beating irregularly. next time u buy them just drink 2, and save the other 2

You are drinking too many energy drinks! Energy drinks are very bad for you, drinking that many can cause serious health issues. When you have stopped drinking that many energy drinks you'll probably be tired for a few days and possibly have a head ache, that's normal for the situation. Also, if after a week or two you're still tired, consider drinking 1 cup of coffee in the morning. ( no more than 1 cup!!)

What is the big deal with energy drinks?? Why does everyone have to drink them? 99.9999% of the kids who drink them are teenagers who don't need the energy in the 1st place!
Just stop drinking them altogether, man! They can become addicting and harmful. Caffeine can become VERY addicting, I know, and sometimes it gives you migraines when you cut off from it. In my opinion, gatorade and powerade are the BEST energy drinks out there!

If you drink one energy drink a day for a month you will have diabetes, so probably you are drinking too many.

Do not buy that junk. Buy yourself a 24 pack of water at the supermarket for 3 bucks and keep them with you in the car etc. Better for you and tons cheaper.

energy drinks are jam-packed with chemicals and unhealthy supplements. They were origionally created for people who are going to be extremley active, not just the normal person... so yes

yes you are drinking way to many. my father used to work night shift so he would drink one or two every night. he eventually became addicted to them and became very sick. do something different, drink water or a powerade drink.

Yes that is too much.
Even drinking one or two could kill you depending on how much it ups your heart rate.
So I'd stick with one a month, if any.

Yes you are. You shouldn't drink those things at all. Just ONE causes elevated heart rate, and you could die.

yes, that is way too much energy drinks. Energy drinks have tons of sodium in them, which can lead you to certain trypes of heart disease, or heart failure.

I don't think there is any evidence out there that energy drinks can kill you. If that were true, habitual coffee drinkers would be dying too, since 1 cup of coffee can contain more caffeine than 1 energy drink. Caffeine has its negative side-effects- accelerated heart rate, nervousness, shaking, irritability, to name a few. It is in your best interest to cut down on your energy drink intake as it is not the best fuel for your body. Plus the amount of B-vitamins is enormous and toxicity can be an issue. Unfortunetly, boring water and stupid, regular exercise are 2 better sources of energy for your body. Give them a chance too.
