I'm really sad to hear that you're a bit down in the dumps.
One meal a day isn't going to make any difference than if you ate three - your body burns off the amount of calories you consume. So if you consume 1,000 calories you'll burn it. And if you consume 3000 it'll burn that.
But anywa not that that's important - you are far to slim for your height. I'm your height and I'm 161 pounds and proud!
Please see a counsellor, you have a negative body image/perception of yourself and there is no reason why you can't sort this out.

You should be eating atleast 3 meals a day if you really dont want them to be junk food and stuff try eating salad yogurt, fruits meat occasionally if this really doesn't help try going to see a doctor because you might get hurt.
And if your 5'9 and weigh 108 thats not bad at all im like 5'4 and i weigh 116... so becareful good luck!

Hmmm this sounds alot like my friend...but she recovered fast....What you should to is eat 2 or 3 meals a day with healthy food and still exercise that way you won't be over eating or under eating. I wish you the best of luck...

you are definitely underweight. you need to eat 3 meals a day to be healthy. eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly. you are SO NOT fat! let me know if i can help some other way.

i would say yes get help right away...
but its not up to me so see your doctor or psychiatrist emidietly.
the thing is you pay attention to your weight too like your bmi and you said you feel fat.. go get help. because its not up to strangers on the internet to tell you weather or not your anorexic.

dw i think wat you should do is start slow-- try eating a little bit mroe each day but HEALTHY foods like fruits and try eating healthy carbs like bread and pasta- they will keep your energy up =]
if that doesn't work for you and you are really feeling sick i would see your doctor or a dietitian -- they will help you alot and you will be able to feel great in no time =]

Yes I think so. You are quite underweight and you probably suffer from body image distortion. It might help if you distribute that one meal to last all day. In order to conquer this disease you must seek professional help. When you are underweight, it's easier to die from starvation and shock and things like this. Please see a doctor as these things don't cure themselves.

If your a minor, I suggest talking to your parents about seeing someone. If your not a minor, you should still look into seeing someone If your depressed, it can help a lot, trust me. When you feel fat, realize that your actually UNDERWEIGHT.
