Fiber One by General Mills. One serving has 25g of carbs, 14g of fiber, and ZERO sugars, and it is good.

Cheerios are fairly low in carb and good! Kashi is a good choice but a little bland. Some of the bran cereals (no raisins) are good because the fiber is a good choice. Look at the nutritional info on the box and try to choose cereals that are no more than 30g carb for 1 cup. (Watch those serving sizes, they vary!)

I just saw this commerical for Glucerna its suppose to be a good breakfast ceral for diabetic but i have yet to try it. Glucerna also make drinks. I would recommend it over the others because it was for diabetics versus cheeros which was made for chlostral and special k for weight loss.

cheerios. it contains very little sugar. Cereals with no more than 6 grams of sugar or less per serving are probably okay.

Just remember that a serving of cereal is usually 1 cup or maybe even less. Look on the box and it will list the serving size and sugar content per serving.

Look for cereals with whole grains and no added sugar. Flax seed is especially good.
