valy_4	drugs aren't detected in blood. detection of street drugs such as marijuana (THC), Cocaine, Opium, amphetamins/methemphetamins (extasy/crystal meth) need an urine sample. drugs (as medication) can be tested in blood for a better control of this medication. depending on how long you havent taken those, the test can show positive or negative, depending on the drug. some are eliminated fast, other stay long. THC is kept in fat so even if you havent taken some for a year and lose weigh rapidly, it will turn positive. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
