How can I reduce the sugar level in my body?
I have been drinking too much ice tea for the past 5 months with blasting amounts of sugar… which is defiantly not healthy. Aside from the weight gain and those risks... how can I reduce the sugar level in my body?

drink more water. always the answer, to weight loss, to headaches. definitely start with drinking more water. then why not cut out all the mcdonalds fast food garbage, high fat foods make your sugars go all wonky. try to avoid simple carbs like candy and refined sugar products and limit your complex carbs.

Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat balanced meals with whole grain carbs at regular times. Losing weight helps control diabetes.

dont eat sugary or sweet foods (except natural foods like fruit), and keep blood sugar levels balanced by eating smaller meals frequently. pure Cinnamon is good for keeping blood sugar levels balanced, so you should try that

The only way to control the amount of SUGAR in your body is to watch what goes in your mouth. Count your carbs. Stop drinking so much sweet tea. Of course, you already know that.

Without taking medication, there are two ways to reduce the amount the "sugar" in your body: eat less sugar and exercise more to burn it off as "free" glucose in your bloodstream will be used for energy before anything else in the body.

it is much much healthier than the sodas you could have been drinking!!!

reduce the number of starchy foods in your food plan, eat more salads with good dark green leafy stuff, tomatos and cucumbers. more Cabbage like cole slaw or somethin.

how do you know the sugar level is high? normal people metabolize sugar much better than some of us diabetics do.

go running, walking, biking something as fast as you can walk for an hour every day! this will burn off the carbs and the stress and reduce the load on the scales.

Have fun!!
