yes and no. You have to count the crackers as a carb. If you use exchanges or carb counting you have to factor them in. A whole wheat cracker may be a better choice with peanut butter, but the graham cracker isn't as bad as a chocolate bar and peanut butter.

You can eat anything you want as long as you are aware of the carbs and sugar in each. You have to be careful and make sure that you are not overdoing it. My physician said that i just need to be aware of amount, sugar and carbs in whatever I eat and stay within the carb range my dietician has worked out for me. Please be careful of how much you eat and read labels carefully.

My dietician told me that peanut butter is a good option because the carbs in it are complex carbs. So it will take longer for the sugars to break down. Thusly it won't cause your sugar to spike so much. Sadly as a lover of graham crackers my self I had to give them up for the most part. You can have graham crackers and peanut butter but because the crackers are so high in sugar you can only have a few. So if you’re trying to loose weight what you will probably find is you can't have enough to make them worth the number of carbs you’re getting. This is especially tough for diabetics that are very over weight and trying to loose the pounds. It takes a while to get you system used to smaller portions. I fight with that every day.

This is not a good choice as the graham crackers are loaded with sugar. The peanut butter is a great choice for a snack but saltines is a better choice of cracker.

You've got to get in the habit of reading labels. I'm sure your doctor has told you how many grams of sugar you're allowed daily. Health food stores have both items with less sugar.

Yes you can if you are on insulin and know your carbohydrate to insulin ratio. Just count the carbs and take your insulin. However peanut butter takes longer to digest.

That all depends on how much of them you are planning to eat, my uncle has diabetes and as long as he monitors his blood sugar regularly and practices moderation,he can eat just about any thing that he wants,I would suggest buying brands that offer lower sugar options whenever possible though.

Diabetics can eat anything in moderation. Check the nutritional information to see how many carbs are in graham crackers and see if it fits into your diet.

Both protein and fiber help regulate blood sugar for a longer time.
Graham crackers are actually a BETTER choice than saltines-
Graham is whole wheat (FIBER, which helps regulate blood sugar) and saltines are white flour (which breaks down more easily to sugars, and a lot of SALT, which is worse for you in the long-term)
Peanut butter (any kind, but especially the natural kind without processed sugars) is protein.
