Texas Cowboy	Hydrogenperoxide and 1/2 water mixed with baking soda and brush with a soft brush. I just paid a lot to have this done but I am a chemical enginer and asked the dentist a lot of questions. It is no big deal. Peroxide rinse. Helps prevent gum problems and helps to whiten the teeth.
