When I run, My teeth feel weird?
After running 1mile+ my teeth in the front feel very weird.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
Additional Details
And it can't be because I'm out of shape or anything because I do track and soccer.

If you keep your mouth open it could be the sensitivity. Mine does the same thing. Just try breathing in through your nose and out your mouth and that should help.

Maybe your nerves are just shook up after running or you might have a cavity which might cause it.

It might be due to sinus's, or you are catching a cold.
It happened to me before, so I'm familiar with the concept.

The nerves and vessels in the teeth are very sensitive, and normal wear on them may make them more sensitive to the increased circulation associated with exercise. Also, the impact of running may also cause them to grind, or collide during the routine. Try purchasing a cheap mouth guard and wearing it during your exercise and see if that helps.
