It will make them wrinkly, and very dry.
If u dont want ur lips to be plump, then avoid vaseline, or lipstick as this tends to make them absorb moisture and swell.
Most people consider big lips beautiful anyway:)

plastic surgery? but being natural is safer and better

my question for that question is WHY? i do wonder what kind of purpose that serves. i know when i had "snakebites" (lip piercings) i had to use salt water to clean them. though i didn't "soak" my lip in the water.
maybe it depends on the amount of time....not sure it can be good for you regardless.

the skin will shrival up and in essance, yes, they will shrink a little due to the shrivalling, but will return to normal shape after awhile
