The dentists recommend every 3 months. If you were sick replace your tooth brush so you do not have all those icky germs on there. If your tooth brush is worn throw it out. (Loose bristles, spreaded bristles, etc.). I hope this helps.

You should replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months, if your bristles are frayed then replace now.

You should replace it every 2 months. Unless you are sick. If you are sick, replace it sooner.

there are indicators on the tooth brushes now. when that blue is gone you need to replace it. also when you have a cold you need to throw it out and grab a new one when your feeling better.

Every 3-4 months but I'd do it closer to 3.

Although the recommended period is 3 months, but whenever I found stain below or around the brush, or the brush is worn out or when I had a cold, I will replace it sooner. It is advisable to do so because bacteria are often caught or accumulated in between and inside the brushes.

Dentist says AT LEAST every 3 months. You should also replace after being sick. I replace mine every 2 months (it just plain wears out!) and soak it in rubbing alcohol at least once a week. My dental hygenist runs her family's toothbrushes through the dishwasher every other day....
