Yes, they do have a remedy call breath RX. You can get it from your dentist. If you don't have periodontal disease which effects your gums then breath rx may help. Sometimes it is a genetic trait & you may need medication to fix it.

See a dental hygienist every six months and get regular checkups by a competent dentist. Floss between your teeth every day and brush your tongue. Choose a good brand of Mouthwash.
Although you eat healthy foods and drink lots of water you should have a doctor check your digestive system - and also be certain there is no problem with acid reflux.
Not many people realize it but dental health can have a profound effect on the entire human body.

You may have tonsiloliths, stuff that gathers in the back of your throat.
Do you constantly feel like there's food stuck back there? Have you ever coughed up a small, white chunk that smells like poop? If so, then you might have tonsiloliths.

YOU HAVE TWO PROBLEMS

PROBLEMS
The other answers are addressing the odor not the cause
READ THIS IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE!!
1. The tongue reflects the state of your liver. Bad tongue = bad liver. The liver won't warn with pain until it is way damaged.
2. the tongue harbors bacteria, especially way back at the uvela or tonsils
So first brush your tongue every day, way into the back and on the sides too. At first you will have the gagging reflex but that will subside with patience and practice. Do not swallow what you remove. Tongue scrapers will only get a little of the bacteria so use a stiff toothbrush.
Now the liver: "It has become toxic"
You are ingesting toxins in the form of any of the following:
Smoke, alchohol, red meats and fats, bad/processed foods, sugar, white flour, chemicals/drugs, "hydrogenated" anything, trans fats and preservatives etc.
You are not eating the right foods for your body.
95% Raw veggies with 1/3 being fruits. Nuts, whole organic foods, fish and poultry, no red meat, lots of fresh, clean, spring water or distilled water.
Research all natural liver cleanses. See a doctor or professional homeopathic for guidance.
Good luck!

Bad breath is caused by the bacteria that builds on the back of your tougne. Now, there are several ways to combat that. First off, you can try when you brush, to make sure you brush your tougne. The back of teh tougne, more than anything. Second, chew gum, and use the Listerine breath strips. They are very uiseful when you can not get to mouth wash or a brush. There are also tougne scrappers out there that can help that even better than brushing. If you are doing anything in regards to the back of the tougne, if you are not gagging, you are not doing it correctly. Also, consult a doctor. There are disorders out there that are out of your control in regards to the breath. I hope this helps, and please, email me if you have any further questions.

The reason you have bad breath is you never clean your tongue. Go to walmart get you a tongue scraper, they're cheap, and reach to the back of your tongue.yea you'll get the heave reflex, but pull all that gunk off and do this twice each week .Also each time you brush your teeth brush your tongue, rinse with warm water and forget the mouth wash it just covers bad breath, try using water mixed with baking soda ,leaves your mouth clean and fresh.

You might want to go to your physician to rule out any other causes for the bad breath. Sometimes it can come from various illnesses. If you get a clean bill of health, and still have problems with bad breath try a few of these things:
Brush your tongue in addition to brushing/flossing your teeth. some stores sell tongue scrapers.
Avoid foods that are known to cause bad breath like Garlic or onions. Cut down on your alcohol, caffeine and sugar intake as well.
Try drinking Cinnamon or mint tea. Both are very good for neutralizing odors...or you could even grow mint and chew on the leaves.
You might even try eating plain nonfat yogurt. That will also help to keep the bacterial balance in the mouth and GI tract, reducing the likelihood of bad breath.

All of the things that the people who have already responded said are all very feasable explanations to what could be the problem. However two other things come to mind. If you have sinus drainage running down your throat all the time, that can cause bad breath. Another thing that can cause bad breath is if you have enlarged tonsils, food can get stuck in the little pockets in them, and smell like something died. Go for a visit to your Dr, and your dentist to see if you can rule out, and find the exact problem. Good luck!

1) Tongue scraper
2) Floss and toothpicks
3) Go easy on fried food, red meat, and dairy
4) Eat a lot of parseley and fresh mint sprigs.
If that doesn't work, it may be genetic.

I myself have suffered from this and I have found that these actually work!!
Apple cider vinegar- Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar just before each meal. You may want to take it in a glass of water. This will aid your digestion.
Baking soda- Brushing your teeth with baking soda (or a paste made with Hydrogen Peroxide) will help reduce the acidity in your mouth and make a less-friendly environment for the bacteria to grow.
Charcoal- Take 5 gm. daily of Activated Charcoal to cleanse the stomach and intestines. Charcoal absorbs toxins and is a natural purifier.
Hydrogen Peroxide- The sinuses can become infected and cause bad breath. If this is your problem, the best treatment is using Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). Use the drugstore variety, which is three percent, dilute it 50% with water and put five to ten drops in each nostril and sniff vigorously. It may burn a little. Do this twice daily and see if it helps. If it doesn't, your sinuses are not the problem.
Water, salt Gargling with salt water will help clean out bacteria, mucus and food particles on your tonsils or the back of your throat that may be causing your bad breath.
Alfalfa tablets may help eliminate bad breath.
Anise Chew Anise, Cardamom, dill or Fennel seeds to help mask odors. Anise, the Licorice-flavored seed, kills the bacteria that cause odor.
Chlorophyll Try liquid or Chlorophyll tablets which you can buy at your pharmacy. Chlorophyll has a deodorizing effect and is used in a number of products for that purpose.
Cloves Cloves are a powerful antiseptic. Make a tea by putting 3 whole or 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves in 2 cups of hot water, and steep for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour through a fine strainer and use as a Mouthwash or gargle twice a day.
Fennel Fennel is another useful herb and can be used in several ways. Slowly chew the leaves and allow the saliva to build up in your mouth. Or, mix the contents of a Fennel capsule with baking soda, make into a paste, and brush your teeth, gums and tongue with it. The fluid extract of Fennel can be rubbed on your gums and tongue.
Filberts Chew some filberts (hazelnuts) slowly as they will absorb the bad breath.
Herbs Chewing mint, Parsley, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme and wintergreen will help mitigate bad breath.
Lemon Suck a lemon wedge sprinkled with salt to stop Onion or Garlic breath.
Myrrh Dissolving a pea-sized piece of Myrrh in your mouth before bed or sucking a small piece of Cinnamon bark during the day may help relieve the problem.
It can be made into a tea. To make the tea add 2 sprigs of coarsely chopped Parsley, 3 whole spice cloves, 1 teaspoon of powdered Myrrh, and 1/4 teaspoon powdered Goldenseal to 1 pint of boiling water. Steep. Stir occasionally while cooling, then strain and use as a Mouthwash.
Parsley & mint- Chewing Parsley or mint leaves has been a remedy used for thousands of years. These herbs are especially good if Garlic and onions are the source of your bad breath. Parsley is very high in Chlorophyll. Chew a few Parsley sprigs dipped in vinegar for immediate relief. If you swallow the leaves after chewing them they will be digested and continue to provide breath freshness for quite a while. These plants seem to reduce the production of intestinal gas by promoting better digestion.
Natural gum made with spearmint or Peppermint essential oils will also be helpful. These oils kill odor- causing bacteria, and the chewing action stimulates the production of saliva which helps combat bad breath.
Sage Chew Sage. It contains essential oils with Antibacterial properties that help neutralize one of the causes of bad breath.
spirulina is a very good source of Chlorophyll and can be purchased either in capsule or loose form. Start with 500 mg three times a day.
Tea- Another tea may be made by steeping 2 sprigs of coarsely chopped Parsley, 3 whole cloves, 1 teaspoon of powdered Myrrh and 1/4 teaspoon powdered Goldenseal in 1 pint of boiling water. Stir occasionally while cooling, strain, and use as a Mouthwash. Can also be used for a sore throat. Alfalfa is rich in Chlorophyll. Drink Alfalfa tea several times a day to keep your breath fresh. To make the tea, put two teaspoons of dried leaves in a cup of boiling water and steep for 10-20 minutes. You may also find Alfalfa tablets at an herb or health food store.
Peppermint or Fenugreek are other good herbs to use in a tea to sooth the stomach. They are exhaled through the lungs and help sweeten the breath.
Tea Tree Oil -Tea Tree Oil, derived from the leaves of the native Australian Melaleuca alternifolia tree, contain antiseptic compounds that make it a powerful disinfectant. Try using a toothpaste containing Tea Tree Oil, or put a few drops of Tea Tree Oil on your toothbrush alone, or with your regular toothpaste. It has a strong aromatic flavor.

Make sure that you floss. All the brushing and rinsing in the world still might not get out the food rotting in between your teeth, causing horrible smells. Make sure to get a dental cleaning every six months as well. They can get way below the gumline.
