Healthy food for teeth?
My teeth seem more loose lately (might be my imagination though). I have heard that eating ruffage is good for strong teeth, and milk of course. What are some of the foods that are good for strong, solid teeth? What are the bad foods for teeth?

Good foods for your teeth are mainly foods that are good for the gums and bone. Adequate vitamin C is important for the gums, as are the B-vitamins

Bad foods are of course those that are high in sugar and exposure time is also significant. So someone who sips on a bottle of mountain dew all day long is doing more harm than someone who eats a candy bar then rinses out their mouth.

While I'm at it, what's really bad for your teeth is smoking, and also crystal meth. So stay clean people!

go see your hygienist- let her evauate your gums. stay away from sugary foods and acidic foods- such as eating lemons is not a good idea. and cola's with high acidic content cause tooth problems but none of these things cause a tooth to become loose unless you are vit c defiecient

All dairy products as well as the b-Complex vitamins. If your teeth are loose it could be due to periodontal disease. This causes teeth to Loosen.

Strawberries and cheeses. Though not in the same meal. Strawberries actually help clean your teeth. The acids in cheese also clean up the teeth and tongue.
Sounds crazy but it is working for me!

Make sure you're getting enough vitamin C. It helps build collegan which is what holds your body together. Green Tea and Stevia help get rid bacteria that promote cavities and gum disease.

If your teeth are feeling loose lately it may have nothing to do with the strength or your teeth themselves but the health of your "gums". Your teeth are held in place by your gums and the underlying bone. If you have not been cleaning very efficiently (toothbrushing x2 daily and flossing daily) then you may have gum disease which in the long term can lead to loose teeth and in severe cases loosing teeth completely.

Foods that are good for you teeth include cheese, yogurt (most dairy). It is also good to have a look at what you are drinking. Water and Milk are the best. Soft drink, cordial, sports drinks etc are very bad for you teeth. Coffee and Tea can dehydrate you which is also bad for you teeth and gums.

Anything can be ok for your teeth if you brush them afterwards. Usually anything with sugar or caffeine is the worse for your teeth, but as long as you have a healthy brushing regimen (brush, floss, Mouthwash), then it doesn't really matter too much.

Btw, milk and cheese are only good for your teeth when digested. Don't let it sit on your teeth or anything thinking they'll "absorb" the Calcium because they won't. It will just help them decay faster.
